After being rejected by DeAnna Pappas on Season 4 of 'Bachelorette', Jason Mesnick took on the opportunity to front Season 13 of 'The Bachelor' that aired 11 years ago. A recap of his entire season was part of 'The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons – Ever!' episode on August 10. That was the very first season that really pumped in a lot of drama as Mesnick admitted that he doesn't love his fiancee during the final rose ceremony. During the course of the season, he had his heart set on four women but then settled for two, and dumping anyone among them was hard for him. However, he did send Molly home and she kept saying that he's making the wrong decision but he chose to stick to it.

Later on, he went ahead and proposed to Melissa but during the final rose, he revealed to Chris Harrison that he doesn't love her and the chemistry and passion don't exist between them. He admitted that he was in love with Molly and after a dramatic on-screen breakup with Melissa, he rekindled his romance with Molly to whom he's been married for 10 years now and the couple made an appearance on the season recap tonight. The couple is very much in love and leading a happy life and Chris as an ordained minister took this opportunity and helped renew their vows on the episode as well.

During this virtual interaction, Mesnick and Molly also spoke about a lot of things and offered many updates about their life, their season, as well as their relationship with other castmates. Regarding his breakup with Melissa, he told Chris that their relationship wasn't working despite the duo spending all their time together. He also admitted that it was "chicken" of him to not tell Melissa about his feelings for Molly while he could on the episode. He even revealed that all his karma caught up to him right after he took Molly home, following the final rose ceremony. He said he slipped near his pool and had a cut in the leg that ran deep right up to till the bone. Molly recalled that since the episode was still to be aired at that point, she had to hide in a closet and she couldn't really make it to the hospital with him at that point in time. Mesnick also revealed that he snatched Molly's opportunity of being on the next season of 'Bachelorette' by making a revelation that he loves her. Molly too revealed that she was really nervous after accepting the offer and that letting it go and being with Mesnick was easier.

Speaking about their relationship with the people from their season, Molly said she was open to welcoming any of them into their house at any time. She also said that she was in contact with Melissa who she texts occasionally and she also talked about her love for Stephanie. Julian was another suitress from the season who Mesnick thought he loved and in a surprising turn of events, dumped her later. However, Molly revealed that they were very good friends with her too and things were great with almost everyone.

'The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons – Ever!' airs Mondays at 8 pm ET only on ABC.
