Will 'The Bachelor' fantasy suite have cameras? Matt James' most intimate moments may not be private after all
Matt James has narrowed down his suitresses to the top three as Season 25 of 'The Bachelor' is nearing its conclusion. The next episode will see Matt get intimate with Rachael Kirkconnell, Michelle Young and Bri Springs individually, as they get to spend a day in the fantasy suite.
Since the inception of the show, the date in the fantasy suite has been the most sensual segment of the dating reality show and the preview for the upcoming episode teases many erotic scenes and many couldn't stop wondering if Matt and his suitresses canoodled and more before the cameras!
Often, what happens in the fantasy suites, stays within the fantasy suites. The contestants needn't have to talk about it and are also given the opportunity to have a sexual relationship if they desire to.

Will the cameras follow Matt and the ladies in fantasy suite?
Even though the teaser for the upcoming episode gives up a glimpse of Matt and the suitresses getting intimate, the cameras will not be following them into the fantasy suite. According to The Sun, there are no cameras in the fantasy suite, giving the couple all the privacy to have an experience of a lifetime in a luxury private bedroom that resembles a honeymoon suite.
Talking about the fantasy suites, former Bachelorette Andi Dorfman told The Hollywood Reporter, “Sure, most of the time there’s intimacy involved. But it’s not just physical, it’s emotional as well. The experience is a kind of unveiling of the fantasy, in an ironic way. It’s the first time you get to spend time with this person that you’re dating without producers.”
But the mics stay ON
While the cameras do not capture the intimate moment between Matt and the ladies, they aren't entirely unmonitored. Reports suggest that the fantasy suites will still have microphones installed and the producers will access the sounds inside, even though it sounds strange.
An anonymous Bachelor Nation contestant told Celebuzz, "First, there are no cameras filming the sex scenes in the room—but there’s never a microphone-free moment. Producers want you to believe you’re completely alone and they’re giving you privacy, but there are microphones everywhere."
Meanwhile, the author of 'Bachelor Nation' book Amy Kaufman said, "Producers almost always know what goes down behind closed doors because oftentimes, they sleep in the same two-room villa as the special couple — just a wall over, where they can literally hear what’s going on.”
Can intimate details leak?
Keeping the cameras distant from the couple in the fantasy room may stop intimate details from leaking, but there's no guarantee of complete privacy owing to the presence of microphones. If sources are to be believed, the producers are "secretly hoping you open up or say something juicy.”
If the details from the intimate date happen to leak accidentally, it's only a matter of time before people learn about what happened between Matt and the ladies in the fantasy suite. Are you excited for the next episode?
'The Bachelor' airs on Mondays at 8 pm ET on ABC.
