PLANO, TEXAS: A disturbing video of a Black student being forced to drink urine by his fellow White students was shared by the victim’s mother on Snapchat and Facebook. The shocking footage shows middle schooler SeMarion of Haggard Middle School in Plano, Texas. According to his mother, Summer Alicia, he was forced to drink urine, shot with a BB Gun and got called racial slurs by his football teammates during a sleepover.

In a long post on Facebook, Alicia has shared the horrific details of the incident, claiming her son was called the n-word, forced to drink “the urine of not only a boy who thought was your friend, but his friends.” She further wrote, “imagine the school telling you they can't do a thing about it because 'the incidents didn't all take place on campus. My son doesn't have to imagine these things, they are all his reality.” The video shows SeMarion drinking dark-colored urine from the cup as others burst into laughter.

Questioning the school for not expelling the students who bullied her son, she asked, “PISD when will you uphold the ‘zero tolerance for bullying policy' you have in place. Why is it ok for these kids to continue to remain football players and go to school freely without consequences? Why was it ok 5 years ago for PISD to 'handle matters that occurred off-campus' when it came to an accident, but 'their hands are tied with these other matters?'"

In the same post, Alicia has thanked Plano Police Department for investigating her son’s case. According to The Sun, the police department has said that a Juveline Detective has been assigned to the case on Thursday, March 4.

"The Detective and School Resource Officer will continue to work with Plano ISD officials to conduct a full and thorough investigation in an effort to identify any and criminal offenses that might have occurred during and prior to this incident," their statement said.

Over $24,000 raised on GoFundMe for his therapy

SeMarion’s attorney has helped Alicia raise over $24,000 on GoFundMe for the victim’s therapy. It also covers the expenses of private schooling for him.

The fundraiser description reads, “SeMarion endured horrific bullying from football teammates at a Plano middle school. Plano ISD did nothing to curttail the bullying. It became so bad that SeMarion had bo choice but to eventually quit the team. A couple of weeks ago Semarion was ecstatic when a former teammate invited him to a sleepover. But little did he know what had been planned for him (sic)."

“While at the sleepover several white students shot SeMarion with BB guns. When he was asleep they beat and slapped him, all while calling him racial slurs. And worse yet, they forced SeMarion to drink their urine. SeMarion has been subjected to the unthinkable,” it states further.

The school reportedly said in a statement that it learned about the alleged incident on Tuesday, March 2. The district explained it is “working with the campus and local law enforcement to actively investigate the matter. Our district does not tolerate or condone bullying or harassing behavior, and is taking prompt and remedial action to address concerns.”
