'Terminal List' on Amazon Prime: Riley Keough cried 5 minutes into movie on grandfather Elvis Presley
Amazon Prime is back with another banger of a series called 'Terminal List'. The upcoming American series starring Chris Pratt is based on the novel of the same name by Jack Carr.
The series follows James Reece (Chris Pratt) after his entire platoon of Navy SEALs is ambushed while on a covert mission. Reece returns home to his family with conflicting memories of the event and questions about his culpability. As new evidence comes to light, Reece discovers dark forces working against him, endangering not only his life but the lives of those he loves. Riley Keough plays Lauren Reece, Pratt's character's wife in the show.

Who is Riley Keough?
The American actress was born in Santa Monica, California. She is the eldest child of singer-songwriter Lisa Marie Presley and musician Danny Keough, and the eldest grandchild of Elvis Presley. When Keough was six years old, her parents divorced, and her mother was briefly married to Michael Jackson from 1994 to 1996. In 2010, at the age of 20, Keough made her film debut in 'The Runaways', which was based on the 1970s all-girl rock band of the same name.
In April 2011, Keough starred as the female lead in the drama 'The Good Doctor' alongside Orlando Bloom and Taraji P Henson. In May 2010, she replaced actress Olivia Thirlby as the protagonist in the werewolf drama 'Jack & Diane' alongside Juno Temple, who portrays her love interest. Keough appeared in director So Yong Kim's short film 'Spark and Light' commissioned by fashion brand Miu Miu in 2014.
In early 2019, Keough was cast in the Netflix-produced psychological thriller 'The Devil All the Time'. The project began filming in Alabama in the spring of that year, and premiered on Netflix in September 2020. On November 19, 2019, it was announced that Riley had joined the cast of the upcoming Amazon series 'Daisy Jones & The Six' in a leading role, portraying a rock musician in the 1970s.
How is Riley related to the the Pop King patriarch Elvis Presley?
Riley is the grand daughter of Elvis and the daughter of songwriter Lisa Marie Presley and musician Danny Keough. The family recently spoke about how emotional it was for them watching the movie -- 'Elvis' -- made on the legend. While Lisa said the movie made her 'emotional,' Riley cried five minutes into the movie, according to a preview seen on 'Good Morning America'. The interview took place at Elvis' old home Graceland in Memphis, and which has been a museum for decades.
'Elvis' first premiered at Cannes Film Festival on May 25 ahead of its June 24 release date. The film tells the story of Elvis’ life and the incredible successful career in the music industry that led him to being labeled the “King of Rock and Roll". Priscilla publicly raved about the film after the screening and called it “spectacular.” She also applauded Austin’s performance and said he “channeled and embodied my father’s heart and soul beautifully.”
