‘Temptation Island’: Ashley H finally sees Casey's manipulation, fans advise her to stay away from him

While we were filled with rage at Casey’s questionable attitude and thoughts about his relationship, fans minced no words in expressing the same on social media.

We saw Ashley H and her boyfriend Casey’s relationship just come crashing down on ‘Temptation Island’. With each bonfire clip she saw, Ashley took a step away from Casey and a step closer to her new suitor, Ben. In the previous episode, we saw Casey falling apart after realizing that his girlfriend has no regrets about what she’s doing with Ben. This renewed Casey’s energy to win her back, making us wonder whether he actually wants her back because he loves her or he just wants her back to stroke his ego, because she moved on too quick.
 
The latest episode gave us some answers to our questions. Up until now we just saw Casey as a cocky and overly confident person, but the latest episode painted him as a manipulative and emotionally abusive person. He compared his relationship to his girlfriend Ashley H to a sales pitch. While talking to the other girls on the island, he says he can do a sales pitch like pitching to Ashley with a proposal and win her back.

Later he adds confidently in his green room interview that one day is all he needs to win her back. He puts the final nail in his coffin when he compares his girlfriend to rat in a box. He reveals that when he brought her on the show he was hoping she would cry for a few days and then later have some fun and grow, but like a rat in a box, she chewed her way out, according to him.

A fan tweeted, “I am TIRED of emotionally abusive men thinking they can say whatever they want to women without consequences. casey’s dumbass can’t claim “shoddy editing” this time. we heard your “sales pitch”, bitch. get your toxicity out of here. #temptationisland”. Earlier this week Case blamed the producers for bad editing which painted him in poor light on the show. Another fan wrote, “So I am a bit behind...but talking about your relationship like a sales pitch? Def not a good look for Casey #TemptationIsland”.
 
Fans were also annoyed by the way he was talking about his girl and their relationship. A fan expressed, “Now Casey wants to treat Ashley H like she's a strategy game to be won. He's so disgusting. #TemptationIsland”. Another fan wrote, “Casey might not have cheated on Ashley but he is the most manipulative piece of garbage. He keeps her down and now that she isn't he doesn't know what to do. #TemptationIsland”.
 
Many fans advised Ashley to stay away from Casey. A fan commented, “Casey is just crazy. Run fast ashley. Run!! This psycho behavior is not cute. #TemptationIsland”.

“The more Casey talks, the more he reveals how little he thinks of Ashley H as a person. The mofo is manipulative AF. I hope Ashley leaves without his ass, whether it's with Ben or on her own. #TemptationIsland @TemptationTV”, observed a fan.

“This boy is really trying to manipulate the hell out of Ashley! I hope she runs away from him and fast! She should be happy he brought her there, in order to see the type of man he REALLY is! Emotional manipulation at its finest! #TemptationIsland”, wrote a fan.
