'Teen Mom OG' star Tyler Baltierra's sister, Amber Baltierra, was arrested on Sunday in Texas after being linked to an assault.

Authorities had indicated that it was an act of family violence that had caused bodily harm. Amber, 32, was taken to the Williamson County main jail in Georgetown, Texas, as per police records. Her bond was set at $1,500, which she cleared and was released the next day. The 'Ashley's Reality Roundup' had initially reported the story.

During an Instagram Live clip, Amber had revealed that her latest legal problem had occurred after she had a conflict with a former boyfriend. She had learned that he had cheated on her in the past and was outraged. Amber shared that she went over to his house to talk to him about it and had "lost it" when she saw a woman leaving the premises.

She then got into a very heated argument with her ex and left him with a bleeding forehead. Amber had also revealed on social media that she has been getting through her hardships by staying faithful and sober. "As long as I keep a relationship with the guy in the sky who keeps me from getting high, I can make it," Amber shared.

She also displayed a chip from Alcoholics Anonymous which indicated her marking 18 months of sobriety. "Your girl's making it, and your girl's can, and you wanna know what can't nobody get me down ... nothing's gonna break me - nothing," Amber added.

On Wednesday, she took to her Instagram handle to reveal that she is very dedicated to staying sober amid her struggles. "At the end of the day, we're still human - we're still human. We're sick in many different ways, but there is no man, there's no situation, and there's nothing on this earth that's worth more than my sobriety - my kids are worth more than a bottle," she shared.
