Teen Mom 2's Luis Hernandez bashed for being a 'deadbeat' dad to daughter Stella

'Teen Mom 2' star Briana DeJesus may still be holding out hope towards her baby daddy Luis Hernandez being more present in their daughter Stella's life, but fans have clearly written him off.

The show's fans are not strangers to Luis' absentee fathering. He has consistently failed to show up for his daughter on the show, despite making plans to meet her and then failing to turn up, leaving not only Stella but also Briana upset and disappointed. On the recently aired episode of 'Teen Mom 2', Luis once again reached out to Briana saying he wanted to spend some time with his daughter. The reality star was more than happy to arrange for their meeting and decided to have a picnic at a park so that the father and daughter could get some fun time together. Unfortunately, Luis called up Briana at the last minute and told her that he would get a bit late, so informed her that he would be meeting Stella later.

Despite the unexpected setback, Briana decided to go ahead with the picnic so that her daughter could have some fun. She decided that Luis could meet Stella at her home once he was done with his work. Although Stella seemed to be having a great time at the picnic with her aunt, grandmother and mother, Briana was angry with Luis for ignoring his daughter.

Fans weren't surprised to hear that Luis failed to show up to Briana's home and meet his daughter despite his earlier plans. The reality star too was angry with Luis for not treating his daughter as his priority. Briana's mother nudged her daughter to meet lawyers so that arrangements can be made for Luis to forfeit his parental rights as he wasn't present in Stella's life anyway. Many fans agreed with Briana's mother and slammed Luis for being a 'deadbeat' father. 

A fan tweeted, "I don't get why Bri keeps giving Luis chance after chance to prove he's a deadbeat to little Stella. She deserves so much better! #TeenMom2." Another fan wrote, "When you look up deadbeat in the dictionary you see Luis’s picture smh Bendito Stella ! #TeenMom2."

"Luis is straight trash. I can’t count the amount of times we have seen him stand up his BABY GIRL without even a phone call or text explanation. I wonder what he sees in the mirror if not a complete dead beat waste of space. #TeenMom2."

Fans also called out Briana for repeatedly giving Luis another chance. A fan expressed, "Why we the only ones who knew Luis wasnt gonna show ! brianna WAKE THE F**K UP #TeenMom2." "Jeremy surprised Addie I love it #TeenMom2 Jeremy made it 21 hours ago and Luis just never mind," pointed out another fan. Leah's baby daddy Jeremy drove 21 hours so that he could attend his daughter's birthday party.
