Taylor Swift basically confirmed that Justin Bieber cheated on Selena Gomez
The biggest, juiciest feud of June happened at the very end when Taylor Swift decided to call out the men who bullied her and Justin Bieber decided to chime in with his unsolicited opinion. He further proved that he lacks a basic understanding of women's issues, by first undermining Swift's claims of bullying and later deleting Cara Delevingne's comments supporting Swift.
Bieber's post "apologizing" to Swift also happened to mention that the two singers have grown apart over the last few years, which caught the attention of many Swifties, who pointed out just exactly why they weren't in touch. Tumblr user messthatuwanted quoted Bieber , "'we haven’t gotten to communicate our differences' you cheated on her best friend and then publicly sided with the man who made revenge porn against her was she supposed to invite you over for tea??? F**k outta here [sic]."
While we have all heard the cheating rumors swirling around Bieber's and Gomez's allegedly toxic relationship, neither of them have officially confirmed it or even hinted at it. However, when Swift liked and re-blogged this post, she more or less acknowledged that it is in fact true. Fans have been going crazy about this supposed revelation and we can imagine why. The 'You Need to Calm Down' singer had made it abundantly clear that after her BFF broke up with Bieber, she has been against them getting back together, it even caused an alleged rift between the two friends.
Since Swift posted that she was manipulated by Scott Brochetta and Scooter Braun into not buying her own music, where they kept dangling that carrot in front of her, without giving any fair offers for a deal, Swifties have swarmed into action. Not only are they using their platforms to call out Bieber, Braun and Brochetta, they are also defending everyone else against their idol - including Demi Lovato who tried to debunk an allegation that Swift's BFF Todrick Hall made about Braun being a homophobe.
Swift fans were quick to point out that her experience as a bisexual woman with someone is very different from Hall's - who is gay and black - experience with the very same person. She has since deleted her tweet.
It doesn't look like this drama will subdue any time soon. Be sure to check this story for more updates.
