'You people are f****g ugly!': Taco Bell customer goes on anti-Hindu rant, charged with hate crime in Fremont
Update: In a shocking case of hate crime, a Taco Bell customer who himself is of Indian descent went on a rant against a fellow Indian. Singh Tejinder, 37, of Union City, California, who in charging documents gives his ethnicity as 'Asian/Indian', was filmed saying: "B****, this ain't India! You f***ed India up, and now you're f***ing America up."
Tejinder was charged on Monday, Aug 29 with a hate crime in violation of civil rights, assault and disturbing the peace by offensive language, the Fremont Police Department said.

FREMONT, CALIFORNIA: In a shocking case of hate crime, a Taco Bell customer went on an anti-Hindu rant against another man. The video of the incident was shared on YouTube. The incident dates to August 21, when a man, who has been identified as Singh Tejinder, donning a loose black shirt with his hair tied in a bun berated the man with anti-Hindu slurs.
The victim identified as Krishnan Jayaraman revealed that he was in line at a Taco Bell on Fremont Boulevard when Tejinder randomly began yelling at him. Passing several derogatory comments, the man in the video says, “The f**k your bean burrito looking at? Disgusting, bro. Maybe wear some socks. Nobody wants to see your ugly a** feet. Disgusting. You people are f*****g ugly", as reported by The Daily Beast. Fremont cops said that they reviewed the video and the individual has been charged with hate crime and civil rights charges, as reported by NBC Bay Area. Singh Tejinder is currently not in custody but he is expected to appear in court.

‘No one comes in public like this, dirty Hindu’
Continuing his anti-Hindu rant against Jayaraman, while looking at the latter’s camera, Tejinder says, “F*****g nasty. F*****g disgusting human beings, bro. You’re disgusting, dog. Seriously. We’re tired,” the man says, putting his hands on his hips. “Nobody wants to f*****g see you ordering bean burritos”, The Daily Beast reported.
The man, who appeared to be from the Sikh community, repeatedly threw the N-word. He further said, “You look nasty. Don’t come out in public like this again. Sincerely, no one comes in public like this, dirty Hindu.” The man then spits and looks back at the menu above the cash register later screaming "everything beef" twice while looking at the camera.
‘You f****d India up, and now you’re f*****g America up’
Tejinder did not calm down as he again berated Jayaraman for being vegetarian. “Dirty a** Hindu. Walking around with your f*****g toes out. B***h, this ain’t India! You f****d India up, and now you’re f*****g America up.” He continued, “Nobody likes you. This is why you get robbed. This is why you people get robbed on the daily. This is why you mother*****s are victims. You come out in public like this. This is why you’re a joke. Indian people are a joke. What are you even? F*****g jungle-y a**.”
And he went on and on for more than eight minutes. He yells in Jayaraman’s face again blaming India for being colonized during the era of the Dutch East India Company. “You were the ones to kneel first. Your people were the ones to put your head down. B***h! It’s ‘cause of mother*****s like you!...This is why your country will never be s**t! P***y.” The anti-Hindu rant ended when the cops showed up at the venue. At the end of the video, the man showed his heavily tattooed arms where one of the inks read, “Discard your ego and live a life with high morals and humbleness.” He also had a tattoo of assault rifles.
Jayaraman says the man was ‘hell-bent on picking up a fight’
Krishnan Jayaraman, who maintained his composure throughout the rant, in an interview with ABC 7 San Francisco said that Tejinder was “hell-bent on picking up a fight.” At one-point, Jayaraman revealed the man said, “Suck my d**k, [N-word]. F**k Indira Gandhi.”
Jayaraman also criticized Taco Bell workers for not stepping in to handle the situation. “So many of these employees were so busy, but they're in the front. They're seeing him abusing me”, Jayaraman said, adding, “So I thought, at least they will ask him to leave the establishment. Which is probably what most franchises would do. I mean, I don't know what the policies of Taco Bell are." The Fremont Police Department is currently looking into the matter but said they won’t immediately release any information regarding the parties involved.
