Things can get a little competitive when the SWAT Team gets together. ‘The Black Hand Man’ is all set to present one such scenario. Sharing a little sneak peek from the episode, the official handle posted, "What's wrong with a little friendly competition?" The picture shows a glimpse of Victor Tan (David Lim), Jim Street (Alex Russell) and Christina ‘Chris’ Alonso (Lina Esco) as the two men sign up for a leadership competition Chris has been training months for. Will Chris win it?

The interpersonal dynamics will be interesting to watch as Chris and Street also have under swept feelings for one another. In the second episode, the two had an awkward moment when she asked him how were things going with the commander's daughter Molly Hicks (Laura James). Street told Chris that they had decided to move in and quarantine together, thanks to the global pandemic.

Who will beat the other two at the competition? Fans had their own set of theories. "Something tells me this is not only friendly," one said and another posted, "There is always room for friendly competition." A third wrote, "Tan looking like 'ohhhh shit'." And a fourth chimed in, "A little friendly competition, that's cool, but only one winner. Tan is very smart, but will let it go."

A few fans delved deeper into what was really happening in the show. "Chris and Jim are having a spat and Tan walked into the middle of it...." one said and another posted, "I predict none of them will be chosen for the special assignment. And, Chris is going to have to apologize for getting upset about Tan and Street signing up to compete for the job."

The summary reads: "Hondo is conflicted when Leroy (Michael Beach), his incarcerated childhood friend and Darryl’s (Deshae Frost) father, asks him to speak on his behalf at a parole hearing. Also, SWAT helps the FBI track down a mob informant on the run from the crime family he is meant to testify against, and the team dynamic becomes complicated when Street and Tan sign up for a leadership competition Chris has been training months for."

In a new 21-second promo, a scene shows Hondo discovering two men lying down on their backs. "What the hell happened here?" he asks. It seems like a crime family put mafia back on its heels. Commander Robert Hicks (Patrick St Esprit) says, "It makes them desperate and dangerous." Amid loot and robbery, the news flashes on TV, "The two agents dead, they've got our attention." The teaser shows how the elite forces at SWAT will handle another huge mission.

The third episode of ‘SWAT’ Season 4 will air on Wednesday, November 11 from 10-11 pm ET/PT on the CBS Television Network.
