Stone Temple Pilots' 'Core': Where to watch, tickets and all you need to know about the live stream concert

Stone Temple Pilots have announced an upcoming epic live stream where fans will be treated to a throwback concert to their iconic album 'Core'. The concert will see the legendary rock group performing the LP in its entirety on July 31.
Stone Temple Pilots' breakout success was one to be marveled. Entering the musical arena in 1992 with their chest-thumping debut 'Core', the album sold over 50M records, peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 chart and reigned on radio waves with tracks like 'Wicked Garden', 'Sex Type Thing', and of course, 'Plush', which won the Grammy Award in 1994 for Best Hard Rock Performance.
"Boasting the inimitable riffs of guitarist Dean DeLeo, the propulsive rhythm section of bassist Robert DeLeo and drummer Eric Kretz, and the charismatic baritone of front man Scott Weiland, STP ruled airways, video playlists and charts alike, over their legendary career," aptly explains a press statement. With a total of eight studio albums including 'Purple', 'Tiny Music... Songs from the Vatican Gift Shop', 'No. 4', which all earned Platinum certification by the RIAA, the group's latest album 'Perdida' arrived in February this year. The LP is also their first all-acoustic record and second album with lead vocalist Jeff Gutt.
If the aforementioned 'Core' live stream isn't exciting enough, Stone Temple Pilots will also release live audio from past shows beginning with August 3, 2011, at Hampton Beach Ballroom in Hampton Beach, NH with Scott Weiland, and June 13, 2019, in London, UK, at O2 Forum Kentish Town with Jeff Gutt.
The lead singer spoke about the 2019 London show in a statement. "The show at O2 Forum was my first time being in London. In fact, I had never been to Europe, so I was just trying to take in all the history and city vibes. STP hadn’t been there in quite a while, so I remember the crowd being especially electric," he said, adding, "There’s something about when the lights go out and everyone knows that the show is about to begin, that really takes us all to a magical place together."
