Senior Advisor to the President for Policy Stephen Miller is preparing US President Donald Trump's speech on race relations, according to reports. Miller was the chief architect of Trump's travel ban, the administration's reduction of refugees accepted to the United States, and Trump's policy of separating migrant children from their parents at the border.

According to the  America Urban Radio Networks, Vice President recently hosted prominent Black Conservatives at the White House to discuss race relations, however, the administration did not reach out to civil rights organizations including the NAACP, the National Action Network and the National Urban League.

Given Miller's involvement in some of Trump's most criticized policies, the report was not received well on social media. One user tweeted, "Trump giving a speech by written Stephen Miller or race relations...yeah that's gonna turn out good "Whitesplaning" to the extreme, lying about how much he has done for us and telling us about the black experience and how we should feel. Sorry folks...I can't - I just can't."

Another wrote, "'Black guys counting my money! I hate it. The only kind of people I want counting my money are short guys that wear yarmulkes every day.' Is Stephen Miller aka #SatansSnotRag going to include that Trump quote in the speech he is writing to address racism?"

One user reminded, "Recall, in the leaked emails last year between Stephen Miller and a Breitbart editor, Miller was angry over the removal of the Confederate flag after Dylann Roof massacred nine black people in a South Carolina church in 2015."

Another wrote, "OMG. White supremacist Stephen Miller—the modern-day Goebbels— is writing Trump’s speech on race relations. This is going to be really really bad." One user joked, "Stephen Miller penning a speech on race relations is like us getting to hear Jeffrey Dahmer's fridge talk."

Another joked, "People are being negative about it, but I think the speech Stephen Miller is writing for Trump on race relations will have a healing effect and bring together all kinds of racists from all kinds of similar backgrounds."

A user tweeted, "In college, Miller + Richard Spencer organized speaking events for white nationalists. Less than 10 years later, he was encouraged writers at Breitbart to read white nationalist texts about immigration. Now he's writing Trump's speech on 'race relations.'"

One tweeted, "I’m starting to think that @realDonaldTrump’s fetish is “being hated by everybody”. that’s the only logical explanation for why he would have Stephen miller write a speech about race relations. if it’s longer than 14 words then we know someone edited it."

Last year, in November, the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) released a devastating report showing that Stephen Miller had a long history of sending white nationalist and neo-Nazi propaganda to right-wing news sites, successfully getting them to publish articles influenced by such materials.

A press release from the SPLC pointed out that Miller had "shared articles from the white nationalist website VDARE" and promoted "an apocalyptic, violent and intensely racist novel popular among white nationalists and neo-Nazis" with writers at Breitbart News.
