In the new viral marketing plan for 'Spider-Man 3', Peter Parker seems to have disappeared. At the end of 'Spider-Man: Far From Home', Mysterio sets Peter (Tom Holland) up just before he dies, revealing his real identity as well as framing him for Mysterio's murder. Clearly, there's a lot to expect from the upcoming Marvel film.

Production is in full steam, with various set photos and videos making their way online and are providing us with sneaky hints on what to expect from the film including the probable return of the Iron Spider suit. Yet, many aspects of the sequel are still uncertain as several reports hint that it will be Marvel Studios' attempt at a live-action Spiderverse. Going by the recent news, it turns out that 'Spider-Man 3' will continue with events after the shocking cliffhanger in the previous film.

The glimpse comes from Flash Thompson's Instagram account, spideyno1fan_, which is run by Sony, according to Screenrant. The account posted a story with a shot of The Daily Bugle's front page. The outlet's leading story points to the disappearance of Spidey. In the text, the publication shows that it is on Mysterio's side and even raises eyebrows at those who support Spider-Man. While most of the text is covered up, we do get to see how the hero is trying to get back on the good side of the public by doing 'publicity stunts' as the text shows. In all probability, Peter was just helping his aunt May with the charity. Many are still supporting him, despite Mysterio's set-up in the previous film where he portrayed the superhero as a criminal, while others think that there's something off. On the other hand, Jonah Jameson continues to work hard to turn everyone against Spider-Man.

As reports have it, the film will also show the existence of the multiverse and much to the excitement of fans, Andrew Garfield who played Spidey in the 'Amazing Spider-Man' films and Tobey Maguire, the original web-slinging hero, will appear in the film as well. There are a lot of narratives occurring simultaneously in the third film and it remains to be seen how it's all going to pan out. The release date is yet to be announced.
