'So bittersweet': Internet tears up as Kaylee Goncalves' family finds heartbreaking pics in her car

MOSCOW, IDAHO: Idaho murder victim Kaylee Goncalves' family has taken to Facebook to share what they found inside the slain student's car, which was recently returned to them. Tucked inside the door pocket was a sheet of paper with pictures of Kaylee and her best friend, slain Idaho student Madison Mogen. The pictures also feature another woman. Written on the paper are the words, "Best friends forever, love you, BFFs."

"Happy Friday everyone! Much love to you all!!! We just recently got Kaylee's car back and I found this in her inside door pocket. Taken on 11/6," The Goncalves Family Page posted on Facebook.

Kaylee, 21, along with her friends Madison Mogen, 21, Xana Kernodle, 20, and Ethan Chapin, 20, were allegedly brutally stabbed to death by suspect Bryan Kohberger in their off-campus three-story rented home on November 13, 2022. Kohberger was arrested in Albrightsville, Pennsylvania, on December 30, 2022.
