'Snowpiercer' Season 4 Episode 4 Preview: Andre Layton's choice to walk into lion's den could turn fatal

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Episode 3 of 'Snowpiercer' Season 4 introduces fresh challenges in New Eden following the kidnapping of Andre Layton’s (Daveed Diggs) daughter, Liana, in the previous episode.
The final season heightens the struggle for survival as new rivals with mysterious agendas emerge, threatening to seize control of Snowpiercer and Big Alice.
While Melanie Cavill (Jennifer Connelly) has already surrendered her Engine, it gets interesting to see how Andre reacts to this new threat.
What happens in 'Snowpiercer' Season 4 Episode 3?
In Episode 3, Andre Layton is hell-bent to take the engine and embark on a mission to find Liana. However, since the engine generates power for New Eden, Ruth Wardell (Alison Wright) stops him from taking the extreme step.
Andre begins to feel that no one truly understands his pain, leading him to persuade Javi (Roberto Urbina) to steal the engine with him after preparing an alternative source of energy.
Javi successfully generates power using wind and solar energy, allowing Andre to take control of the engine for three weeks.
However, Ruth discovers their plan and intervenes, resulting in Andre being imprisoned. Sam Roche (Mike O'Malley) then persuades Ruth to call a council meeting, where they will address the situation through a vote.
After losing the vote to Andre, she allows him to take the engine and three cars for three weeks. He is accompanied by Josie (Katie McGuinness) and Alex (Rowan Blanchard).
Ruth also joins him to ensure that the engine is returned to New Eden before it’s too late. Meanwhile, on Snowpiercer, Admiral Anton Millus (Clark Gregg) assigns a new task to Ben (Iddo Goldberg) and Bess Till (Mickey Sumner).
After one of Milius's men dies due to alleged electrocution in Ag-Sec, Bess, and Ben are tasked with completing the unfinished project that has the potential to double the food production.
Ben suspects a trap and attempts to gather information from Dr Nima Rousseau (Michael Aronov). When he fails, he investigates on his own. By the end of the episode, he learns that the trap isn't for Snowpiercer passengers but for Big Alice.
What to expect in 'Snowpiercer' Season 4 Episode 4?
In Episode 4, Andre will finally catch up with Snowpiercer, leading to his first encounter with Milius. Meanwhile, Ben has discovered that Milius has set a trap. Would he be able to signal Layton?
