'sMothered' stars Angelica and Jason welcome baby girl Amara, thrilled fans say 'this melted my heart'
This past Sunday's finale episode of 'sMothered' saw Angelica and Jason finally being engaged after dating for nearly three years. The couple also received the blessings of Angelica's mother Sunhe who always had her issues with Jason. Jason's joy was doubled when he was came to know that his girlfriend, who just agreed to marry him, was pregnant with their baby. Now the news is in that the couple has already welcomed their baby to the world.
Their daughter Amara Jael arrived on June 10, 2020, weighing 4lb 2oz and 18 inches long. Amara was born a few weeks before she was expected, however after a short hospital stay the family is happy and healthy at home. In an exclusive video for TLCme, Angelica said she was surprised that her daughter arrived early while admitting, "it was a little upsetting... you think you have all this time, and then all of a sudden you don't have any more time, so nothing was ready."
A video of the couple along with Sunhe and baby Amara was uploaded to TLC's Instagram page a few hours ago and fans are melting with joy. "Omg this melted my heart. Gorgeous family and baby. Congratulations to the whole family. Thank you for sharing it with us," wrote one. While another fan who also happened to be a mother of a premature baby wrote, "Congratulations!!!! I too am the mom of a preemie. 33+2. It’s so hard but a true blessing. What a beautiful baby & name. Enjoy every minute!"
"Congratulations to y’all! She’s so precious, cherish every second of every day, as a mother of a gorgeous daughter myself, times flies, they are in your arms one day and moving out to spread their own wings and fly," wrote a fan. While another wrote, "Congratulations you crazy bunch I Mean that in the nicest way lol." Another comment read, "Wow that was a beautiful surprise congratulations so glad all of you are doing well. Happy journey together."
