Spoilers for 'Sistas' Season 2 Episode 8 'Moving On'

The start of the episode saw Andrea "Andi" Barnes (KJ Smith) finally get a win when it came to work. After a meeting with the boss of her firm, and with Hayden (Chris Warren) having her back, Andi managed to secure a $1.2 million dollar deal that saw her not only get her job back but also make partner. It's been a while since we've seen Andi with a win after Gary Marshall Borders' (Chido Nwokocha) arrest saw the FBI completely ruin her life.

But of course, she made sure Don Bellamy (Michael King) got what he deserved by securing his position as well. Andi's decisions have always been blurred especially when Gary's involved, and throughout the season, she's been pissing fans off with how she was acting — instead of looking out for herself, she was looking out for crazy Gary.

This episode (well, at least the beginning) saw Andi finally stand on her own two feet, and do something for herself. Not to mention, she even had Fatima's (Crystal Hayslett) back, making sure she got a promotion and a raise. Fans couldn't help but laud her actions, saying that this is the Andi they were waiting for.

"Bout time Andi getting herself together @SistasOnBET," wrote one fan. Another added, "Andi finally got her sh*t together with this job! We proud of you Sis #SistasOnBET " Yet another fan tweeted, "Yess Andi do your sh*t BLACK GIRL MAGIC @kjsmithofficial @SistasOnBET #SistasOnBET "

Andi moved up really well — she got a new office, a grand spanking position, and things are looking up for her, work-wise at least. Fans were especially happy to see her looking out for Fatima as well, who has had her back since the FBI mess began at the start of this season.

"Andi @kjsmithofficial about to get paid $1.2 million and her job and she looked out for Fatima in the deal. That’s what Sistas do @IamCrystalRenee #SISTASONBET," wrote one fan. Fatima's and Andi's relationship has been progressing this season, and in 'Moving On' we even saw Andi tell Fatima she's one of her girls.

"Andi was shading Fatima at first now look @ them. Best friends and shyt #SistasOnBET," wrote one fan. Another fan added, "This is the first time I am like yessss Andi, go girl! She being smart! Got her job back in a higher position, more money, and got Fatima a raise! #SistasOnBET".

It's safe to say that fans were really happy with Andi's character arc this episode, with another adding, "#SistasOnBET  Yasss, Andi, thats what Im talking about you came in through like Boss and got you and Fatima, straight, thats how you suppose to do it. You deserve that promotion and the millions...#BossMoves"

Interestingly enough though, Fatima is dating Zac (Devale Ellis), who is Andi's girl Karen Mott's (Ebony Obsidian) ex-boyfriend. So we have to wait and watch if Andi will be loyal to Karen or Fatima when Fatima walks in with Zac at Andi's celebratory dinner.

'Sistas' Season 2 airs on Wednesdays on BET at 9 pm EST.
