Shocking clip shows drunk TikTok star Taylor Frankie Paul arrested for domestic violence on BF Dakota Mortensen
HERRIMAN, UTAH: "Soft-swinging" Mormon TikTok star Taylor Frankie Paul was arrested on domestic violence charges last month after she and her boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen, got into a brutal altercation when he refused to take her to a concert because she was too drunk. Taylor admitted she went “went ballistic” and threw metal chairs at Mortensen, which accidentally hit her daughter Indy Paul, 5, the oldest of two children from her marriage to ex Tate Paul.
A police bodycam footage shows “hammered” Taylor, 28, claiming Mortensen, 30, “threw me out in the garage” of her Utah home on February 17. Taylor added she was "so scared" she "peed" in her pants, before admitting to throwing a wooden play set and metal chairs at Mortensen that apparently hit the five-year-old leaving her with a “goose egg” on the head. Initially, police arrested her on misdemeanor charges but after Mortensen showed them the video of the chair hitting Indy, the charges were upgraded to felony aggravated assault, reckless child abuse, and domestic violence in the presence of a child.

THE SORDID SWINGING LIVES OF 'MOMTOKERS': Taylor Frankie Paul EXPOSES secrets of TikTok swingers!
What exactly happened?
Taylor's neighbor allegedly called 911 and after arrival, they questioned the pair about what was happening. Mortensen told the police, Taylor was "hammered," she then responded back saying "so is he." The TikTok influencer then told police, that Mortensen "threw me in the garage." Police separated the pair and that's when Taylor said, “I’m emotionally hurting.” “I pushed him, I hit him, he pushed me. I don't care. I went ballistic because he pushed me. I just want him out,” Taylor sobbed to an officer, as reported by the Daily Mail.
Mortensen, who has been dating Taylor for six months claims he tried to leave her house to "deescalate" the situation, but she wouldn't let him. He added Indy was his “biggest concern,” saying he “felt so bad” for the child. Police noted “multiple metal chairs and other household items on the floor” of the home. Mortensen told cops he suspected his finger might be broken and his elbow injured, adding he was “a little bit scared for [his] life.” Later, the 30-year-old could be heard being concerned over the 28-year-old's arrest questioning the officers if it could go "on record."
Mortensen asked an officer, “What happens from here, though? I mean, does this go on-record?” adding, “Will her picture be plastered … like, on a website?” “No, it’s not like she’s going to make the news by any means,” the officer replied. During the arrest, Taylor's parents, Jeremy, and Liann May, arrived to take the children. While being handcuffed, Taylor told her mother, "I'm being arrested for pushing Dakota." To which, Liann replied, "Yeah that's domestic violence."
However, Taylor cooperated with police as they handcuffed and led her into a police cruiser, though she repeatedly questioned why she was being arrested. “So, I’m curious how I pissed my pants tonight, and I’m getting under arrest?” she asked an officer. She added, "So, he isn't being arrested? He pushed me and I'm under arrest?" Before Taylor was being led off to jail, Liann told her through the window, "My grandkids should have never seen this. I'm surprised you are doing this."
'I've silently been working on healing!'
After taking some time off social media, Taylor revealed on her first Instagram Story since her arrest that she is now on anti-depressants. “The last few weeks have been the hardest of weeks of my life,” Taylor wrote at the time. She added, “I wanted to thank all of those who have been by my side, those who reached out, and the strangers that stopped to hug me.” The TikTok star continued, “I’ve silently been working on healing, therapy, a blessing, starting classes, and got on antidepressants to help me during this time. I’m starting to feel progress and will be back to work soon. Again, just thank you for those that have given me grace at this very difficult time.”
