The holiday special episode saw some unique business ideas that are sure to make the festive season fun and exciting for people, but the one that stole the fans’ hearts is the pre-lit Christmas tree. Kurt Stange, the founder of Easy Treezy, came up with the idea of creating natural artificial Christmas trees that could come pre-lit and pre-decorated and reduce the hassle and long-drawn process of buying, scouting, and decorating life-size trees. Each of these trees comes in lay flat cone-shaped parts, which can be easily assembled. The lifelike needles of the leaves lend a natural effect to the trees. Every segment is pre-decorated with ornaments, lights etc. One can also buy the ‘Easy Treezy’ holiday décor kit to customize the ornamentation and lighting.

Apparently, people think that this is a very practical, and brilliant idea which can save a lot of money, time, hassle, and process. Even the sharks felt that the trees can prove to be a good seasonal business. But, despite people loving the idea, none of the sharks decided to go ahead with an investment and fans are disappointed.

@MayorOfSnark  explained his disappointment, “I just spent $400 for a flocked, prelit tree by Martha Stewart, so yeah, people will pay. #EasyTreezy #SharkTank @LoriGreiner@kevinolearytv@BarbaraCorcoran@ABCSharkTank@robertherjavec@mcuban”. While @Samantha_Ronniedirectly reached out to investor and judge Kevin OLeary and stated, “#sharktank @kevinolearytv You clearly haven’t shopped for fake Xmas trees. My Costco one was $350. Balsam Hills can be $800.  And this has a unique selling point, they’re light!” She also felt that Barbara Corcoran was not right in her reaction to the great business idea. “#sharktank Everyone loved Easy Treezy and then Barbara who laughed through the whole thing slams him. She’s so rude”, she added.

Some fans were even shocked that sharks like Kevin blatantly refused to invest in Easy Treezy because he thought it was not viable enough but immediately after closed a deal with a holiday décor idea. As @27CansOfTuna tweeted, “Passing on expensive christmas trees but choosing to go in on beard lights? what?! #sharktank”

Fans feel that even the prices of the pre-lit, pre-decorated trees, starting at $199.99 is not as expensive as the sharks considered it to be.
@Novafan23 commented, “Aren't those Balsam Hill trees approx $1000? The price of #eazytreezy isn't that ridiculous. #SharkTank”
@helpbusinesses said, “@BarbaraCorcoran,  I think you should call #easypezzytree and give him a deal and cover the holiday market his tree price isn’t pricy imho #SharkTank”

With such positive reactions, we feel that Easy Treezy might just have a shot this holiday season, even though Ryan did not manage to close a deal with any of the sharks.

‘Shark Tank’ Season 11 airs every Sunday 9pm only on ABC.
