‘Shark Tank’ Season 11 Episode 11 sees fans slam ‘Love Sync’ button pitch, call it a ‘lame’ idea

When Ryan and Jennifer Cmich pitched their product that ‘syncs’ two people’s desire to have sex, fans of the show immediately shot down the idea, and shared why such products are an absolute waste.

Once Mark Cuban said on the show, “Even the corniest ideas make money”. Episode 11 of the business reality show proved him right, all over again. Entrepreneur duo, Ryan and Jennifer Cmich presented a very unique product to the sharks. Known as ‘Love Sync’, the pair of electric buttons are ‘supposed’ to sync two people’s moods for having sex.

Ryan has an engineering background, which helped him develop the mechanics of the gadget and Jennifer has been a manager at a relationship counseling practice, which gives her an insight into how couples deal with being “off-sync” when it comes to intimacy. However, as innovative as the idea may sound, fans on Twitter have been ranting about it, calling it irrelevant, lame, and a product that will not do any good to couples or their sex life for that matter.

One fan outright rejects the button saying, “#LoveSync is the dumbest product on #SharkTank since the gold making turbines. If you’re unable to communicate with tour partner that you wanna bang, you’ve got bigger problems than a sexless night. @ABCSharkTank”

Another fan, hit the nail right on the head when they said:  “Too much tech invading our lives already least of all needed in the bedroom. no thx on that one. #SharkTank”

And we have to agree. As much as tech innovations today do a lot to ease our lives, it cannot start creeping into areas that need to have more of a human touch and involvement.

Other fans agree saying, “Love Sync isn't a product that people need. #SharkTank . ABCSharkTank”

As far as the sharks were concerned, they initially found it funny and interesting and had a good laugh about it, but none of them thought the business model or even the idea was viable enough for them to invest in.

'Shark Tank' Season 11 airs every Sunday 9pm, only on ABC.
