Shane Warne's pal says late cricketer had 'quite a few lovers' after 'world's hottest grandma' claims of affair
QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA: A close friend of Shane Warne’s has claimed the late Australian cricketer wasn’t a one-woman man at the time of his death. Radio host Kyle Sandilands said "there were quite a few women who were in a secret relationship with Shane" before he died of a heart attack while holidaying in Thailand on March 4, 2022, at age 52. Kyle was reacting to the reports, Warne had been romancing OnlyFans model Gina Stewart, also known as the ‘World’s Hottest Grandma’, before his shocking death.
"I think you’ll find that there were quite a few women that were in a secret relationship with Shane," he said on 'The Kyle and Jackie O Show' on Tuesday, August 16, reported Daily Mail. "As I know of a few [women] that were very upset, but that’s Shane. Shane spread the love around," he continued. "And the reason that it’s a secret is so the others don’t find out. Just saying, you’re not special." It comes after Gina Stewart allegedly claimed she was in a secret relationship with Shane Warne and was in contact with the cricketer before he left for Thailand. She has been heartbroken over hearing the news of his death. "I have been devastated over the last few months. I was dating Shane but it wasn’t well-known. He wanted to keep it personal," she told Daily Mail.

The OnlyFans sensation revealed the Instagram message she sent to Warne after they met for the first time in November 2018 on the Gold Coast. The message read: "I hope you are sleeping right now I just wanted to say thank you so much I really enjoyed your company. I’m so glad I met you." She said the pair had been chatting online for months before they finally spent the ‘whole night talking’ after meeting in person. "I found him extremely interesting and I loved hearing about his life and what made him tick. We became extremely close and I made a promise to him that I would keep our story out of the public eye," she said.

"Shane and I would wear hats and sunglasses just to go out and we became creative on the Gold Coast and later Melbourne when I visited." Gina said she felt it was the right time to speak out about their whirlwind romance because she wanted ‘people to know he was a truly caring humanitarian’. Warne was considered one of the best cricketers ever, no Australian has taken more international wickets, and his sudden demise was grieved around the world. A state funeral held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground saw cricket greats, celebrities and Warne’s loved ones honor his memory at his home ground on March 30.
