In the seventh episode of Season 1 of 'Servant', we finally meet Natalie, Dorothy Turner's unlicensed therapist, who suggested the reborn doll as a way for Dorothy to cope with the loss of Jericho.
Natalie is a kinesiologist and when she sees Sean after her session with Dorothy, she tells him that Dorothy has become delusional and needs to be told the truth. However, Sean disagrees.
Dorothy, in turn, wants to end her sessions with Natalie and decides to invite her for dinner that evening to fire her. Julian also joins them. Together, Sean, Julian and Leanne try to keep the real baby that has replaced the doll hidden from Natalie.
When Natalie does see the baby, she asks Julian about it. He lies and tells her that Leanne brought the baby and that the baby was a result of "some incest rape situation." Then, Julian tells her that he is disturbed by what happened, signifying that something sinister had happened. Natalie and Julian speak as if they did something to cover up some situation. While they are having sex, Julian also gets distracted by Jericho's onesie.
The show has previously indicated that Leanne has the power to bring back a living being. It is also implied that she herself was brought back to life and she might have done the same for Jericho. When her Uncle George visits her in the previous episode, he implores her to go with him so she can help other families who deserve it.
It was also previously hinted that Jericho's death may not be void of suspicion. When the episode begins, we see a flashback of Dorothy sitting in the shower, her face stricken with grief. It is then that Natalie gives her the doll telling her that Jericho is okay.
With the events of this episode, and with Natalie telling Leanne that something more happened and that the latter needs to find a stable house, we can be more certain that it is the Turners and Julian the viewers really need to be wary of.
