'You're not welcome at Maxine’s': Senator banned from strip club after foul-mouthed 'small p***s' rant
BRUNSWICK, AUSTRALIA: Senator Lidia Thorpe has been banned for life from a strip club called Gentleman’s Club in Brunswick after she was filmed yelling profanities at a group of men during the early hours of Sunday morning, April 16. Manager David Ross told he had now formally banned Thorpe in a letter that was sent to her office which read, “Please do not attempt to enter the venue in future, as being refused entry may cause further embarrassment.”
The manager wrote, “Maxine’s Gentlemen’s Club is a local Brunswick club which prides itself on providing a relaxed environment and fostering harmony between patrons of all genders and from all ethnic and religious backgrounds; a fact the staff and dancers are very proud of. With this in mind, and after reviewing security footage and speaking with staff and security, I have to inform you that you are no longer welcome at Maxine’s Gentlemen’s Club," reports News.com.au.

Talking further about it, Ross said, “Security deemed her not to be that much of a threat ... But it was when she got outside and the two parties came together that she became a bit boisterous. We can’t have that sort of thing here, because we do pride ourselves on being harmonious melting pot of the local community," as per The Age.
What did Lidia Thorpe do?
The video, which was filmed on a mobile phone and was obtained by 7News Australia, showed Thorpe taunting a man about having a “small penis.” She was heard saying, “All I want to say to the Black brothers there and anyone that we’re fighting," and further said, “Any black man that stands with the f***ing white little c*** like that – youse can all get f***ed too.” And then in response to one man calling her a "racist dog” she said, “You know what I say to you? Small penis, small penis.” She continued, "You've got a small penis."
Other 'disgraceful' acts by Lidia Thorpe
Thorpe was pushed to the ground by police after she tried to stop British trans critic Kellie-Jay Keen-Minshull's speech at the Let Women Speak rally outside Parliament House in March. Speaking to the media after that, Thorpe said Australia “should be ashamed that they even let people like this in this country." And added, “I went to tell her one thing – that they are not welcome here. And I got pulverised by the police. I’ve been assaulted by the police today as an (Indigenous) woman, and the police need to answer for the assault, and also this government needs to answer why these people are allowed into this country.”
The incident comes after her attempt to gatecrash a rally outside Parliament House in February and stop the Mardi Gras parade in Sydney. She was moved on by the police. A video showed her lying on her back in front of a float that was part of the parade, states 9News. Following this, NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet called Thorpe "a disgrace."
