Samantha Hutchinson danced with new husband in heartbreaking video hours before fatal accident
FOLLY BEACH, SOUTH CAROLINA: Samantha Hutchinson and her new husband can be seen dancing in a heartbreaking video that was captured at their South Carolina wedding reception only hours before a suspected drunk driver fatally struck her. The video captures the beautiful bride shortly after their wedding at Folly Beach last Friday, being spun around on the dance floor by her new husband, Aric Hutchinson.
As they danced to John Legend's "U Move, I Move" in front of their loved ones. The newlyweds were captured on camera holding hands and cuddling up to one another. Later, as their magical wedding reception came to a close, they were seen grinning at each other as guests waved them off beneath a canopy of sparklers.

Sam was pronounced dead at the scene
Tragically, shortly after, at around 10 pm, Jamie Lee Komoroski, 25, is accused of rear-ending the golf cart they were being taken away in, according to authorities. Following a more than 100-yard throw and several golf cart rolls, Sam was pronounced dead at the scene, according to their families. Her severely hurt spouse was taken to the hospital on the scene, where he was diagnosed with a brain injury and multiple shattered bones, as reported by MEAWW.
The incident also injured two of the groom's family members who were accompanying the newlyweds. Samantha's sister and mother hustled to the location as soon as they learned what had transpired. "My mom and I ran, holding hands. Not wearing shoes, a bra, or anything else but screaming, 'Sammy!'" Mandi Jenkins reportedly said, as per reports.
'Aric has lost the love of his life'
Just hours after the tragedy, the groom's mother posted on the GoFundMe page, "I was handed Aric's wedding ring in a plastic bag at the hospital, five hours after Sam placed it on his finger and they read each other their vows. Aric has lost the love of his life."
She was 'very unsteady'
The suspected intoxicated driver, Jamie Lee Komoroski, was detained and charged with DUI causing death and reckless homicide despite not being hurt. According to police, she was moving at 65 mph at the time and was unhurt. According to ABC News 4, when police detained Komoroski, she acknowledged consuming beer and a drink containing tequila an hour earlier. She was "very unsteady" on her feet as she stood up, and according to sources, she nearly fell.
