Diana DeMuth to support Americana duo Ida Mae on their UK, Ireland tour

Massachusetts singer-songwriter Diana DeMuth has announced that she will be supporting AMA 'Album of the Year 2019' nominees and American duo, Ida Mae, on their UK and Ireland tour.
The upcoming tour is set to take place at the Bush Hall in London on April 22. The news comes as a follow-up to a successful pair of London shows at The Slaughtered Lamb with Simone Felice producer and collaborator of DeMuth. Felice is an internationally-acclaimed artist who has worked with numerous Catskill Mountains artists such as The Lumineers, Bat For Lashes, Jade Bird and more.
DeMuth revealed on March 4 the live version video for Apple Tree Sessions of her single 'Rose Of Nantucket' which released on January 24. The live video follows the emotional, soul-wrenching black-and-white official music video release.
DeMuth explained the inspiration behind the official video. “I feel 'Rose Of Nantucket' touches on the human experience of being alone and how powerful it is when we’re able to connect with another person," she said, according to Thank Folk For That. "The video is shot in black and white which to me feels representative of the timeless message of the lyric. The living portraits we incorporated are a big part of what brings this song to life. Each portrait has a loneliness to it but when strung together there’s also a feeling of camaraderie and a reminder that we’re not really ever truly alone, which is exactly what 'Rose Of Nantucket' is about.”
DeMuth will share the stage with Ida Mae for a list of dates UK and Ireland dates. Tickets are on sale now. You can purchase them through Ticketmaster here.
