Ronald Richards' wife Lauren Boyette clears the air about 'RHOBH' star Erikya Jayne's diamond earrings
BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: When questioned about attorney Ronald Richards' wife, Lauren Boyette-Richards, acquiring the $1.4M diamond earrings she was compelled to relinquish to the authorities, 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Erika 'Jayne' Girardi did not hold back. The aspiring pop artist told 'Real Housewives of Orange County' star Tamra Judge and her co-host on the podcast, 'Two Ts In A Pod', that Lauren's high-priced purchase did not surprise her.
Lauren mocked Erika on Instagram over the questionable purchase on December 18. "I now see why you fought for these @theprettymess They are stunning! Should I have Girardi removed? #girardifraud #fraud #diamondearrings @bravo boo @sobaditsgoodwithryanbailey." Erika's notorious diamond earrings were auctioned off for $250,000 on December 7. Due to claims of earrings being swapped out at the last minute, the earrings sold for significantly less than the advertised purchase price of $750,000. They were given to the reality star by her disgraced husband, Tom Girardi, who fraudulently purchased the expensive jewelry for his wife using money from a client trust account.

Who is Lauren Boyette-Richards?
Lauren Boyette-Richards, previously Lauren Ashlee Boyette, is from Virginia Beach, Virginia. At the age of 13, she signed up with a major New York City modeling agency and began performing runway shows and print work. Her modeling career has brought her all across the world and back. She was also a spokesmodel for AIDS awareness, traveling around India with the reigning Miss Universe to promote awareness and educate young women in the prostitution industry. Seeing how these young ladies were handled by their own flesh and blood, was a life-changing event for her. She was even featured on 'The Tyra Banks Show' for her AIDS awareness travels. She has done countless runway shows for some of the industry's best designers since beginning her modeling career. She has been published in several magazines, and after taking some time off to finish school, she is back to work and determined to establish a name for herself.
Lauren, who was born on September 16, is of Eastern European and French Canadian descent. Her mother's side of the family still resides in Norway, and she visits them whenever she has the chance. Lauren and Ronald have three children, twin daughters, and a son. She has done some television work in addition to modeling.
Ronald has been vocal about Erika's legal problems on social media, and he previously acted as counsel for the trustee presiding over Tom Girardi's bankruptcy. Erika despises the attorney and even attempted to have him removed from the bankruptcy case before the trustee dismissed him. Erika accused him of online harassment and stated that he had a conflict of interest. Erika addressed the purchase on 'Two Ts In A Pod,' after co-hosts Teddi Mellencamp and Judge labeled the attorney a "stalker" and the couple's behavior "f*****g disgusting."
Erika questioned why Ronald and his wife, Lauren, would desire "blood diamonds," given that Erika's ex, Tom, purchased the earrings with stolen money from dead victims. "They’re so obsessed. It’s a trophy, and you can feel it, and you can see it," Erika explained.
Lauren took to Instagram days after Erika's remark against the pair to reply to the 'RHOBH' star's charges. Her message stated, "I'm not obsessed, don't flatter yourself. As for my husband- you are clearly confusing his passion to win his cases for his clients against you and Tom with obsession. You said he posted your address and I asked you to please show me where he did that as I would have been angry as well- but you couldn't show me. We would never put anyone in harms way. You incessantly attacked me with vulgarity which was shown to be classless."
In explaining why she purchased the earrings, she continued, "You want to continue to fight and drag this out so these families won't get a penny. Show some remorse for once. Raise money for them. Help them in any way. I have a moral compass that seems to far exceed yours. I simply bought the earrings and by doing so helped some of the victims."
Lauren closed her letter to Erika by offering her help and said, "I will gladly help you with a charity event. Like I said before, I'm sure with both of our contacts we could raise millions. I still continue to think deep down you are a good person and I really hope you can show the world you have a conscience."
Ronald revealed in July that he and his wife Lauren had made a $6.9M offer for Erika and Tom's repossessed Pasadena house.
