Robbie Williams accidentally admits to dating Kylie Minogue, Nicole Kidman, reveals he was left ‘disappointed’
LONDON, ENGLAND: Robbie Williams has dated several gorgeous ladies in the past some of which even his fans might not be aware of. The British crooner, who is married to model and actress Ayda Field since 2010, accidentally admitted in an interview that he was in a relationship with Kylie Minogue and Nicole Kidman in his youth.
In an interview with French magazine Paris Match, according to The Daily Mail, Williams spilled that he was left “disappointed” by both Minogue and Kidman. The 48-year-old crooner, for the unversed, collaborated with both the ladies musically. He was earlier rumored to be dating both Kylie and Nicole but nothing was confirmed until now. Williams’s rep later told The Sun that his comments were “misunderstood.”

When asked about the two women during an interview with the French magazine, the singer asserted, “Yes, well, we are repeatedly told that we must be in a monogamous relationship and that love will heal us and fill in the gaps.” He continued, “And that's what I thought celebrity would do for me. Except that, in both cases, the reality was disappointing.”
Williams further explained, “I'm not saying that these women were disappointing, but the relationships you had at 20 are not public, mine are forever.” The interviewer soon clarified that she was referring to his professional collaborations with the women. Realizing his mistake, the singer then jokingly refers to Bill Clinton’s controversial denial of his relations with White House intern Monica Lewinsky saying, “Ah darn! I went all alone on slippery ground there. Well then, as Bill Clinton would say, I never had any relationship with any of these women.”
A spokesman for the 'Rock DJ' singer shared that his quotes had been “misunderstood” adding, “Robbie was not referring in any way to Nicole or Kylie, he has never had anything but a professional relationship with both women and has only respect and admiration for them.” Williams and Minogue worked together on the song ‘Kids’. He admitted of having a crush on the Australian singer but revealed that he ruined his chances by poking fun at her when she stripped for the video.
Speaking of Kidman, Williams worked with the ‘Big Little Lies’ star on the song, ‘Somethin’ Stupid’ way back in 2001. He earlier praised the actress in an interview with the Herald Sun calling her “lovely and incredibly gifted.” He stated, “Nicole's stature to sing with me was the biggest coup of the century. She's a lovely person, incredibly gifted and talented and I am glad that moment happened.”
