SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Australian Sky News host Rita Panahi called an episode of a Dutch TV show that features adults being naked in front of children as young as 10 to be "lunacy." Panahi slammed the show titled 'Gewoon Bloot', which translates to 'Just Naked' in English, for its "disturbing content" after the airing of a recent episode where "transgender individuals stripped down in front of children."

The show allows Dutch children between the ages of 10 and 12 to ask questions while viewing adult naked bodies. The young children present for this transgender-themed episode inquired about vaginoplasty and double mastectomies. The Dutch program received unfavorable feedback prior to its debut on Tuesday, March 21. However, the public broadcaster of the Netherlands, NOS, insisted that the production of the program was driven by a desire to promote body positivity and give young people a true representation of the human body.

'Aim is to teach children that each and every body is different'

The host of the Dutch show, Edson da Graça, said, "The aim is to teach children that each and every body is different and that not all bodies are perfect," according to DailyMail. In a program clip, he stated, "Today our guests are transgenders, so it's not just male and female. There's an entire spectrum of genders besides male and female."

One transgender participant in the program claimed to have felt "euphoric" following gender reassignment surgery. They stated, "I woke up and I knew that my breasts were gone. That it looked like I had always wanted it to look. It finally matched the way I felt inside and that made me ecstatic."

'Why is it necessary to expose children to this?'

Rita Panahi of Sky News Australia questioned, "Why is it necessary to expose children to this and normalise it on television?" She continued, "They do try to use so-called diversity and inclusion as a cover for all this lunacy and if you object that's their defence."

Panahi stated, "'No, this is just making sure kids aren't ashamed of their bodies and making sure people come in all different body shapes - and different genders that identify as other genders.' This is going to I think be one of those sleeper issues that people are going to start taking more and more notice of."

'Morality gone to hell'

In the YouTube video's comment section, several individuals have expressed their opinions about the Dutch show, with one person writing, "Sexual deviance targeting minors is not adult diversity it's society abandoning principles of safeguarding in favour of sexual grooming." Another person wrote, "Morality gone to hell. Stop we have to call this out. Wrong is still wrong no excuses matter."

A third person wrote, "This is absolutely disgusting! Every single one of those people should be in jail! Grooming right in front of our eyes!!!!!" This other person wrote, "These people are an immediate threat to the health and well being of children."
