'RHONY' star Ramona Singer claims former housewife Bethenny Frankel has FOMO regarding the Bravo series

Bethenny Frankel announced her exit from Bravo's hit series 'The Real Housewives of New York City' last year in August. In an interview, she had described the filming process as "exhausting and emotional" and also added that it's "exhausting and taxing". But if housewife Ramona Singer's revelation about Bethenny is anything to go by, it seems like one can take themselves out of the housewives but cannot take the housewives out of oneself.

Singer, in a recent interview, claimed Bethenny remained in close contact with her during the filming of the upcoming season 12 that returns to Bravo April 2. The latter would ask too many questions regarding what was happening on the show, trying to keep up with all developments.

"She’d be like, ‘What’s going on? What’s going on? What are you doing? What’s going on?'” Singer recollected.

In an interview with the same publication a week ago, Bethenny had summarised her feelings towards the show as "somebody that I used to know".

Offering her thoughts on the statement, Ramona responded, "Well listen, I don’t know if that’s true,"

She later mentioned that the ex-RHONY was experiencing FOMO but at the same time, maintained she understands why Bethenny kept on blowing up her phone. "It’s like she’d be calling us nonstop to find out the dirt on our group trips. I don’t know. FOMO, the fear of missing out, I guess. I can understand, when you’re so part of something, you know, it’s hard to disconnect.", she explained.

Ramona also mentioned that Bethenny's exit has led to a lot of changes within the housewives, for the better. She mentioned that even though Bethenny was "well received by viewers", it was not really the case with the rest of the housewives given Bethenny's "strong character". She summed up her and the rest of the housewives' experience with Bethenny around as "walking on eggshells". She also admitted that the rest of them couldn't be themselves with Bethenny around. "She’s such a big personality, she kind of took over the room. No air left for us."

Speaking about the upcoming season, she said, "This season, the fans will be surprised to see a different side of most of us. And listen, we still have our arguments, we still fight, but there’s a bond that’s different. There’s something so special and unique. Very unique."

'The Real Housewives of New York City' Season 12 will premiere April 2 only on Bravo.
