While the rules are pretty clear about not going after children or families on the 'Real Housewives' franchise, the lines appear to be pretty blurry on what to do when a housewives' child verbally attacks a Bravo show's cast member. 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' fans were left fuming after watching Teresa Giudice's daughter Gia Giudice disrespecting Margaret Josephs in the recently aired episode.

When Marge refused to wear a pair of leggings from Teresa's clothing line at a charity sporting event, the OG housewife got upset but kept quiet. After watching her mom get upset, Gia intervened and called out Marge for not being supportive of Teresa. She then pointed out that Teresa always supported all the ladies, and threw a dirty look at Marge. While Marge was taken aback by Gia's harsh words and wondered why Teresa didn't intervene and stop Gia or allowed Gia to get in between their fight, the 21-year-old continued to bad mouth the 'RHONJ' star. Gia later dubbed Marge as a 'backstabbing b*tch' while talking to her mother.

To everybody's surprise Teresa just laughed at Gia's disrespectful attitude towards Marge and candidly declared in her confessional that finally, someone had her back on the show. 'RHONJ' fans were unhappy with Gia's attitude towards her elders. Several fans took to Twitter to call out Gia. A fan tweeted, "I don't understand why Gia needed to say that. and where was Marge being a bxtch to her? like..... ok, go awf #rhonj." "I’m SO disappointed in Gia’s stank attitude. I was hoping it was just a one off w/ her Uncle Joe but this girl wasn’t raised right. She needs to learn to respect her elders on some real shit. I don’t care if she thinks Marge is a backstabbing bitch, you respect her. #RHONJ #bravo," wrote a fan. "Gia should not be involved in these grown women conversations. They are not her peers , she should stay in her lane and Teresa is a simple ass for allowing it but not surprised because Teresa is a simple a** in general. #RHONJ," added a fan.

Many fans also felt that since Gia was poking her nose in the grown-ups' business, when a housewife comes after her she can't defend herself by citing that she's a child. A fan shared, "When Marge goes for gusto with Gia yall better not say shes a child Marge shouldnt have said that etc. if shes grown and on the payroll let her be grown and get lowblows like everyone else on the cast #RHONJ." "So last season Gia was a “child” and using her in an analogy (same thing Teresa did with Danielle and Marge) was painted out to be 100% wrong by Teresa but nowher same child Gia is addressing a grown adult directly… in grown folks business. STAY IN YOUR PLACE. #RHONJ," pointed out a fan. "I’m all for Gia coming for Marge to defend her mom but I don’t want to hear “kids are off limits” when they’re involving themselves in the mess. #RHONJ," seconded a fan. "Oh Gia stay in you lane please #rhonj," advised a fan.
