BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: When you decide to go on a reality show, it's pretty much understood that you're ready to give up your privacy and open up your personal life to public scrutiny. Looks like 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Diana Jenkins missed that memo. The 'RHOBH' newbie took to her Instagram to call out "irresponsible journalists" who were spreading "hurtful lies" about her engaging in illicit activities such as running a high-profile prostitution ring, without consequences.

The reality star attached pictures of cease and desist letters addressed to several bloggers, podcast hosts, and even news outlets, in her post. Diana wrote, "For too long, irresponsible journalists, bloggers, and social media commentators have spread hurtful lies about me without consequences. I will no longer sit back and allow them to smear my name with impunity. I have instructed my lawyers to take whatever action is necessary to remove these false statements and to pursue justice from those who have been spreading lies about me." "We launched the campaign today by sending legal letters to Enty Lawyer, Jezebel, Gawker, Heavy and others. I will not stop until justice is served. #RHOBH #Justice #RetractTheLies #ResponsibleJournalism," she added.

Why is Diana Jenkins sending out Cease & Desist letters?

When the news of Bosnian refugee and philanthropist Sanela Diana Jenkins joining the cast of 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Season 12 as the new housewife first broke out, fans were really curious about her and began looking up about her. Some hawk-eyed fans dug deep and stumbled upon very old unsubstantiated stories about her allegedly running a high-profile prostitution ring, and even linked her to Jeffrey Epstein. Though Diana was quick to snuff out these rumors by clarifying that the woman pictured alongside Epstein wasn't her but someone else, fans refused to believe and continued to believe the rumors.

As Diana's villain edit on 'RHOBH' got stronger, the internet continued to add more fuel to the fire by churning out more rumors against her. Diana's philanthropic initiative to raise funds for war refugees via her coffee table book 'Room 13' was used against her. The 'RHOBH' star roped in her celebrity friends to pose for racy pictures in her coffee book for charity. Unfortunately, her noble intentions were mislabeled with unsubstantiated claims about the book being a catalog for her clients.

Looks like Diana is done with these baseless rumors damaging her image. So, the reality star roped in her lawyers to handle the situation and get her justice.

'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Season 12 airs every Wednesday at 8/7c on Bravo.
