Reese Witherspoon is in 'no rush' to start dating again after divorce from Jim Toth

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Following her second divorce, Reese Witherspoon's friends are reportedly trying to set her up with potential dates. But, the actress is in no hurry to start dating again, according to RadarOnline.com.

The rumor mill had previously linked her to recently-divorced NFL star Tom Brady after she filed for divorce from Jim Toth, but those speculations turned out to be unfounded. Instead, sources suggest that Reese is focusing on personal growth and spending time with her children during this time of transition.

According to sources, the 'Your Place Or Mine' actress' friends have been encouraging her to pay matchmakers, but Reese isn't quite there yet. "Right now, she's focusing on herself, her kids, and her work," insiders revealed. "She's in no rush to meet someone else."

‘Our biggest priority is our son and family…’

However, RadarOnline.com has learnt that ‘The Morning Show’ host, 47, is open to the possibility of meeting Mr Right in the future. "Reese will get out there when she's ready," sources said.

Last month, the Hollywood actress announced her divorce on social media. "It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce. "We have had such a wonderful time together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness, and mutual respect for everything we have created together," she wrote on March 24.

"Our biggest priority is our son and our entire family as we navigate this next chapter. These matters are never easy and are extremely personal. We truly appreciate everyone’s respect for our family’s privacy at this time,” Reese added.

Taking some time off from relationships

While fans were startled by the divorce announcement, insiders tell RadarOnline.com that the couple had been having marital problems for months. The outlet has been told that the ex-couple may "go days without interacting."

When they did, it was generally about Tennessee, their 10-year-old son. Reese's rigorous job, according to the couple's close circle, exacerbated their marital problems. "Reese is always on the move. She's the kind of woman who bounces off the walls, whereas Jim is a placid dude," a source shared. "The hecticness that surrounds Reese is a lot and sometimes hard to handle".
