After seeing the newest episode of 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' Season 14 which aired on June 26, viewers had one question: Why, would Sanya seek love counseling from Drew and Ralph? Since fans of the program are already familiar with Drew and Ralph's troubled marriage, they are perplexed as to why Sanya would resort to them to discuss her own.

'RHOA' fans first saw Drew and Ralph Pittman during Season 13 in 2020. However, their encounter was focused on the drama that was brewing in her marriage. Drew stated to E! News that her husband and she had just gone through one of those periods in marriage, a quarrel, and being isolated, shortly before they started filming. Drew said, "Before cameras came into our home, we had had pretty much a blow-up." She believes they were both at a breaking point when he left. He had gone missing for three days, and she had no idea where he was.

Drew and Ralph returned for Season 14 of 'RHOA,' but it appeared that their marital problems had not subsided. Ralph's bond with his female personal assistant is central to Drew's plot. Drew disclosed to her new castmate, Sanya Richards-Ross, during the first episode of 'RHOA,' that her husband's secretary texted her offering her husband a massage. Drew stated that after reading the text conversations, she left her husband and brought their children to Chicago for a time.

Given Drew first opened up to Sanya about her troubled marriage, fans were perplexed when the latter asked Drew for advice on her marriage. Sanya's relationship with her husband has centered around their decision to have another child since the Season 14 premiere. Sanya, a successful businesswoman, and former Olympic gold medalist believes her husband, Aaron Ross, was not physically or emotionally present when the couple had their first child. In the most recent episode, Sanya discloses to her sister Shari that as a career-driven woman, she isn't sure she has the bandwidth for another child. She also expresses her apprehension about telling her husband how she feels. Her husband travels a lot for his current business endeavor, Ross Elite Chauffeur Service, and she worries that she won't have the assistance she needs to raise another kid. She hopes that her husband would understand and acknowledge her feelings. Finally, after speaking with her husband, Sanya is more confused about the decision to have another kid and wonders whether her husband would resent her for not having one.

Sanya seeks advice from Ralph at the Drop it with Drew's event, since she likes him and felt it would be interesting to hear his thoughts. She wanted to be explicit and see if she was missing something in her attempt to communicate her feelings about not having another child to Ross. Sanya tells Ralph that because Ross isn't in Atlanta very often, she's wondering if now is the proper time for them to have another kid. With three kids in the family, Ralph claims their hands are full as well, and tells Sanya she can't use "being busy" as an excuse not to have children. Sanya expresses her dissatisfaction with constantly putting the demands of men first since she wishes to leave a legacy through her business.

Fans were quick to question Sanya's decision of seeking advice from Ralph: "So Sanya needs Ralph’s perspective on having kids #RHOA."

Given Sanya's recent relationship with Drew, fans are confused when they see her talking to Ralph and asking for marriage advice: "Pause! Later in the episode, Sanya attempted to reconnect with Drew as well by addressing her marital problems with her. Drew's counsel to Sanya perplexed not only Sanya but also the viewers. Drew tells Sanya that she got to have another kid "for your husband." She goes on to claim that she realized she had to make her husband happy by having another child, so she did it. She admitted that she did what she thought her husband wanted out of fear that he would "resent" her for not doing it. Sanya wonders how women are conditioned to do whatever to make their partners happy, yet nothing happens the other way around.

As Drew continued to promote her idea of keeping men happy by doing whatever was necessary, fans flocked to Twitter to criticize her: "#RHOA eeeew Drew telling Sanya you have to make your husband happy have a child.. Umnn what the f**k? This is 2022 hello!"

Another fan tweeted: "The nerve of Drew for telling Sanya she HAS to have children if her husband wants them, all while her wigline is puckered. #RHOA."

Fans hope Sanya to use her own head and pass on Drew's advice. Their tweet read: "I understand you have to compromise in relationships, but having kids you don’t want just to make your husband happy is madness and I hope Sanya uses her head and not listen to dumb ass Drew! #rhoa."

Listening to Drew's advice to Sanya, fans also draw a conclusion about Drew's marriage with Ralph: "I did not like the advice that Drew gave to Sanya. It makes sense why she tolerates and accepts so much in her own marriage. #RHOA."

Amid the controversial Roe v Wade decision from the US Supreme Court, a viewer wrote how they felt triggered during the scene: "I know this was filmed before that roe v wade decision... but that scene btwn Sanya and Drew has me TRIGGGGEERRED yuh f**k #RHOA."
