Rand Paul claims statistical 'fraud' in states where Trump lost, Internet slams him as 'Putin's boy'

According to the analysis that he shared, the supposed 'vote dumps' occurred in Michigan, Wisconsin and Georgia

Senator Rand Paul has claimed that statistical 'fraud' was found in four states' election results, these are the same states, where President Donald Trump lost. According to the analysis that he shared, the supposed "vote spikes" occurred in Michigan, Wisconsin and Georgia.

"Interesting . . . Trump margin of “defeat” in 4 states occurred in 4 data dumps between 1:34-6:31 AM. Statistical anomaly? Fraud? Look at the evidence and decide for yourself.(That is if Big Tech allows u to read this)" Paul tweeted, along with an article link titled, "Anomalies in Vote Counts". The article is described as "A Quantitative Analysis of Decisive Vote Updates in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia on and after Election Night." The tweet had been flagged with the warning: “This claim about election fraud is disputed.”

"In the early hours of November 4th, 2020, Democratic candidate Joe Biden received several major “vote spikes” that substantially — and decisively — improved his electoral position in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia," the article reads. It further questions the election updates of the four key vote updates saying:

An update in Michigan listed as of 6:31 AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 141,258 votes for Joe Biden and 5,968 votes for Donald Trump.

An update in Wisconsin listed as 3:42 AM Central Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 143,379 votes for Joe Biden and 25,163 votes for Donald Trump.

A vote update in Georgia listed at 1:34 AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 136,155 votes for Joe Biden and 29,115 votes for Donald Trump.

An update in Michigan listed as of 3:50 AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 54,497 votes for Joe Biden and 4,718 votes for Donald Trump.

Biden had prevailed in key states such as Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona and Georgia. Trump's allegations of massive voting fraud have not been proven as yet and have been refuted by a variety of judges and an arm of his own administration's Homeland Security Department.

As soon as Paul's tweet came to light, people started slamming him for the accusations, as one Twitter reply read, "Rand Paul is actively committing treason." While another one wrote, "No evidence. Rand Paul is disloyal to the Constitution and to the United States of America"

One angrily wrote, "What I would like to know is, why does there seem to be a different set of standards for Republicans than Democrats. GOP like Rand Paul can undermine the democratic process, and there are NO repercussions. ZERO. How is this putting AMERICA first? OUTRAGEOUS & DANGEROUS!" While one asked, "I would like to see Rand Paul leave the country and never come back. Wouldn’t you?"

While some tried to link it to his connections with Russian President Vladimir Putin, as one said, "Rand Paul. Remember that time he went all the way to Russia to hand deliver Putin a letter from Trump?" Another one wrote, "Rand Paul has always been on Putin's side, Anti-Democracy, Senator John McCain said it best may he rest in peace A true patriot, "The Senator from Kentucky is now working for Vladimir Putin""

Making similar claims, another one said, "Rand Paul is still on the Trump train, creating the chaos his buddy Putin likes. Paul is lying about election fraud in order to create mistrust in democracy itself. Rand Paul needs to be held accountable for these lies, as does anyone else who lies about the vote." While one said, "Interesting . . . Putin’s boy Rand had some disinfo to spread."
