Is TWICE in danger?
New footage of TWICE Jihyo and Mina at the airport shows that the artists were surrounded as they were left to protect each other. In one scene, a male fan is seen bumping into them to take a picture while Mina clutches Jihyo's hand to get through the crowd. Concerned fans worried about TWICE's safety have taken to the Internet to reiterate the necessity of protecting the girl group. A fan said, "I'm really sad about this. 1) Korea is still under the pandemic. These news/fansites are so close to them it is way too dangerous 2) They're literally squeezing and pushing the other girls like Jihyo just to get close 3) They're not helping TWICE feel comfortable in public at all." Another user noted, "And even though she’s fine now, Mina still has anxiety so I can only imagine what this was like for her. I hope JYP does something and that these people are fined because this is not following any social distancing at all."

TWICE fans are determined to make JYPE budge and listen to their demands of keeping the K-pop girl group safe. A fan said, "Anw..after all those happiness from gettin' those preview photos, now we need to SCREAM OUT LOUD AGAIN TO JYPE.. #PROTECTTWICE", another fan has pointed out how the girls look absolute terrified to be in public writing, "Do you see how TERRIFIED the girls are, esp to mihyo since that incident today. this shouldn’t be dismissed since it’s VERY ALARMING it would happen again and will cause them to be traumatized and anxious on big crowds w/o proper security!"
