On tonight's episode 111 of HGTV's 'Property Brothers: Forever Home', we finally find out the core of the eponymous brothers Jonathan and Drew's insistent passion for renovating regular houses into the titular forever homes not only for the humans inhabiting the place, but also for the furry friends, or the ones with claws and flight co-existing in the same space.

The episode shows the Scott brothers renovating a house for a picture-perfect family of four: mom, dad, and two sons. The family loves hanging out in their basement and has a massive living room space that they pretty much never use. But the same space is also the territory of a very special mimicry artist in the form of the family's pet bird, Cole, who has a knack for complimenting people around him with whistles every now and then.

The Scott brothers take an immediate liking to Cole and as a montage of the renovation maestros hanging around with Cole takes over, Drew explains in a voiceover how much a pet's comfort means to them when it comes to what they do on the show. Drew explains "Pets are family members too and we can't forget that when designing a space."

Drew goes on to add a little anecdote from the brothers' childhood where they grew up on a large ranch with plenty of pets their entire lives. We get to see photos of the brothers from their childhood on horseback and some of the two with Jonathan's dogs, Gracie and Stewie. "It doesn't matter whether our clients have feathers or fur, a 'furrever home' has to work for everyone", remarks Drew in this episode.

'Property Brothers: Forever Homes' airs on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only on HGTV.
