'Project Runway': Will Bones Jones' ego get him eliminated? Fans say 'be humble'
Bones Jones, the 30-year-old designer from Brooklyn, New York, never hesitated from speaking up his mind, and this often lands him in trouble. Right from the get-go, Bones managed to grab everybody's attention when he locked horns with Christian Siriano on the premiere episode of 'Project Runway' Season 19. The designer dubbed Siriano's helpful suggestions as 'outside voice', which obviously ruffled the celebrity designer's feathers. Bones later apologized to Siriano and tried to make peace.
Despite rubbing Siriano the wrong way with his harsh comments, Bones clearly doesn't seem to have learned his lesson. The recently aired episode of 'Project Runway' once again featured Bones locking horns with the judges- especially Brandon Maxwell. After seeing Bones' design, Brandon gave him the feedback to find his voice and to showcase that on the stage. Bones got really annoyed with Brandon's feedback and spoke back to the judge by saying he knows exactly who he is and is comfortable with his aesthetics. He also pointed out how Brandon gave the same feedback to him the previous week as well, and this reportedly left Bones confused.

Brandon tried explaining what he meant by pointing out how Bones' design looked a bit too overwhelming and over-the-top. Although bones tried to play it cool, his defensiveness and reluctance to accept constructive feedback from the judges were noticed by everybody. After watching how Bones spoke back to the judges and seemed very reluctant to even hear out their feedback, fans began wondering if the young designer's ego could get in the way of his win in the competition despite being a really good designer.
