'Power' Season 6 Episode 11: Will Ghost return for the last five episodes of Starz show? Will we meet his killer?

'Power' boss Courtney Kemp, leaves us with this torturous teaser regarding the shocking finale. 'He got shot. I didn’t see him die. Did you see him die?' she asks.

They did it! They killed Ghost (Omari Harwick)... Or they would have us believe they killed Ghost!

'Power' Season 6 managed to pull off that shocking finale with an unidentified assassin killing Ghost, and when we say there are suspects aplenty we are not exaggerating. From his own son Tariq (Michael Rainey Jr.) to his "brother" Tommy (Joseph Sikora), the people that would line up to kill Ghost are countless.

We have some primary suspects of course, which includes the aforementioned but also features Ghost's scornful ex-wife Tasha (Naturi Naughton), his former ally Counsilman Tate (Larenz Tate) and of course, the one man who flips sides like a mattress, Dre (Rotimi Akinosho). The secondary suspects would also include Saxe (Shane Johnson) and Paz (Elizabeth Rodriguez), but we will only learn the identity of the killer when the show returns with Season 6B.

The show has hinted at this type of a mid-season finale for many episodes now, and while that death looked very realistic, fans are refusing to believe that Ghost is actually dead. As many fans have pointed out, there really isn't 'Power' without Ghost and there is no way the showrunners are killing him off just five episodes ahead of the actual series finale. In other words, if Dre could cheat death as many times as he did on the show, Ghost can very well do it once.

Meanwhile, 'Power' boss Courtney Kemp, leaves us with this torturous teaser regarding the shocking finale. "He got shot. I didn’t see him die. Did you see him die?" she asks TVLine, further adding that the final episodes of the series are inspired by the Jidaigeki film 'Rashomon'.

We are yet to get any word on the official premiere date for the second half of Season 6, but we do know that it is going to be a long wait, considering that we needn't expect Season 6 Episode 11 until 2020. A popular theory suggests that the show will return on Sunday, January 5, 2020, and air the subsequent four final episodes in the Sundays that follow.
