In his first on-camera appearance since the much-talked-about 'firing' from 'Good Morning Britain', controversial talk show host Piers Morgan will sit down with Tucker Carlson in an upcoming interview. Morgan had been slammed time and again for his problematic stance on Meghan Markle. He especially faced immense backlash after he expressed his doubts about Meghan's 'suicidal thoughts', which she revealed during the interview with Oprah.

Morgan claimed that he was fired from 'Good Morning Britain' for refusing to apologize for his views on Meghan. He had been a host on the show since 2015. Now, Fox News host Tucker Carlson is all set to host Piers Morgan to hear his side of the story. Carlson had previously called Meghan Markle a 'manipulative opportunist' and remarked that Prince Harry was 'weak and unhappy'. Even before its airing, his interview with Piers Morgan is already fueling controversy.

Theme

It can be believed that the interview will center around Meghan Markle and Morgan's views about the Duchess of Sussex.

"How is it that the most privileged in our society get to pose as the most oppressed? Piers Morgan dared to ask that question, and they hurt him for it," Carlson told Page Six when inquired about the upcoming interview.

Meanwhile, after his stint with 'Good Morning Britain' ended, Morgan wrote an elaborate post on social media claiming that he is always willing to stand his ground for the things that matter the most.
