Spoilers for 'Paranormal Caught on Camera' Season 3 Episode 4

While this show may not be for the faint-hearted, we must say that it isn't the scariest one on the Travel Chanel. The most troubling part of this show is the fact that these paranormal activities are caught on tape, and people who had experienced them get to speak about what they went through during those moments. So, even the naysayers and some non-believers have come to realize that there is a possibility of energy and spirits — both good and bad — that can not only take up space in a home but also attach themselves to objects or even try to communicate to humans in the earthly world.

If you thought that using an Ouija board was nerve-racking, try being experts sent into haunted places to discover the truth of possible paranormal entities. This episode titled 'Alaskan Sea Serpents' will not only take viewers into deep waters but they also get to see "vengeful" spirits and "bipedal beats". Not to mention, the aggression from ghost hunters wasn't taken lightly.

People are considered to have the right idea when they stray away from haunted homes that they hear screaming from. However, paranormal investigators are thrilled to inquire and validate all the activities that certain locations are known to exhibit. The starting of the episode was cringy. Viewers see physical manifestation of a spirit that experts say could be more than a good or bad ghost.

Paranormal investigators George, Felicity and Danny were in for a ride when they decided to investigate a farmhouse in Salford, UK which is known for black magic and poltergeist-like activity. The episode reveals that this farmhouse from the 1840s is one of the last of its kind and even locals stay away from it. At first, the trio only hears voices and then decides to provoke the spirit by calling it a coward and asking it to come forward and do something.

In that time they experience phantom sightings as well and decide to go upstairs to taunt the spirit. With Danny and George doing the taunting, it seems as through the spirit only violently communicates with the woman Felicity which Susan Slaughter, a paranormal investigator said makes sense considering Felicity was the kind "soft cop" of the trio. The case titled 'The Pushy Ghost' was a tad bit alarming considering how the spirit reacted to the men taunting them. We can't spoil too much, but it's definitely worth a watch.

In other creepy news...

One of the most interesting parts of this episode has to be the possible sighting of Big Foot, by a couple from Tulare, CA named Todd and Amber Fitton. On their way back home from a trip, they were on the highway, two hours away from home in Tejon, Kern County, CA when they got out of their car to record a bizarre sighting. Case ID 'Pull Over It's Big Foot' was a creepy one only because it seemed to also startle investigators. While Derek Hayes, host of 'Monsters Among Us' couldn't help but notice the "sizable creature" in the video, Rachel Evans, a paranormal researcher noticed the creature's "primitive stance" and Brian Cano, a paranormal Investigator, speaks of the creature's "monochromatic appearance". Another paranormal journalist reiterates that the heavily forested mountainous region is the classic habitat for a sasquatch.

This episode had startling videos such as baby gates opening and closing on its own, to sea serpents in Alaska. It was one of the better ones since Season 3 started coming second to Episode 2, in our opinion. While many may think that video editing is still a thing people do in order to get on shows as such — and if you're one of those people, we suggest you hear experts who are not only experts in the paranormal field but also journalists and investigators. Now, would someone dedicate their lives to something that doesn't exist?

'Paranormal Caught on Camera' airs Sundays at 9 pm ET on the Travel Channel.
