'Outmatched' Episode 3: Nicole rocks 'Jersey Shore' star Snooki's look and fans are calling it 'perfection'

In this episode of 'Outmatched', we see parents Cay (Maggie Lawson) and Mike (Jason Biggs) deal with Mike's parents Jay and Sylvia when they come to visit from Florida. Like every grandparent, they want to spoil their grandchildren but their approach is a little off. With Jay criticizing his son's parenting and Cay being jealous over her daughter choosing to bond with her grandmother and not her mother, makes for a hilarious episode.
Nicole (Ashley Boettcher), a genius who knows too much for her age and is always motivated to be ahead of everyone her age, decides that bonding over girly things with her grandmother made sense. Even though her mother warns here, Nicole tags alone to a nail and tanning appointment and the result made for a hilarious tribute to Snooki (Nicole Polizzi) from 'Jersey Shore'.
Fans went gaga over this. "Well done. The hair. The tan. The accent. Perfection. #Outmatched," tweeted a fan. The teenager looked completely different from what she usually does, and fans enjoyed the makeover, "Are we even sure that's Nicole? #Outmatched," tweeted another fan.
Let's not forget that people definitely caught on the fact that the whole look matched Snooki. "Nicole? You’re looking like one of those Jersey Shore characters from MTV! Why would she do that to you? @BoettcherAshley #Outmatched," tweeted a fan.
The fans loved the look from the forced orange tan and the high bump hair. "Whoa. Nichole. Accent and everything. #Outmatched," tweeted a fan. Apparently, the Jersey accent was also a big hit.
Boettcher tweeted about the look with some pictures after the airing of the episode. She said, "Fun fact: the Jersey look took about 4 hours to put on, here's a behind the scenes pics of our test! #outmatched."
The episode definitely tickles the funny bone and besides learning parenting tricks and understanding family bonding we learnt one thing for sure, "Never mess with a Jersey girl's hair," as a fan tweeted.
'Outmatched' airs every Thursday at 7.30 pm CST on Fox.
