'One World: Together At Home': Billie Eilish is barely audible and annoyed fans wonder where her microphone is
Fans waited eagerly to hear Billie Eilish's angelic voice on 'One World: Together At Home'. What better way to spend a quarantine evening than hearing Billie enthralling us with one of her soulful melodies.
But unfortunately, fans were left disappointed after the popular singer's performance, as they could not hear a word she was crooning. Billie put her spin to Bobby Head’s 'Sunny' with her brother Finneas O’Connell providing her background with his impressive piano skills.
The 'Bad Guy' singer's voice was totally drowned by her brother's piano which left fans wondering what the singer was crooning. Many fans felt that the singer should have used a microphone so that her already feeble song could be heard better over the piano.
Several fans took to Twitter to express their frustration about Billie not using a microphone during her performance. A fan tweeted, "Where the hell is Billie Eilish's microphone. Such a great voice that could barely be heard."
Another fan wrote, "#TogetherAtHome they couldn’t give Billie Eilish a mic? We know her beautiful voice the size of an ant," while another said, "I can hardly tell what Billie Eilish is singing bc her voice is too quiet."
Another fan joked, "Her hair is louder than her voice is 'Dad's thoughts on Billie Eilish'."
"Hey Billie Eilish, ever hear of a microphone? Jeesh,' shared an annoyed fan. Another disgruntled fan expressed, "For the love of God someone give Billie Eilish a microphone.{ “@billieeilish I love you girl.. But please get a microphone. I could hear you better when you were talking vs when you were singing."
We had earlier reported that 'In a recent interview, the teen star has opened up about her body image issues and said that she began wearing loose-fitting clothes from the start of her career because of physical insecurities.
"The only reason I did it was 'cos I hated my body," the five-time Grammy winner said. Continuing further, the ‘Bad Guy’ singer said that her discomfort with her own body reached to an extent that she would actively avoid looking at herself.
"There was a point last year where I was naked and I didn't recognize my body' cos I hadn’t seen it in a while. I would see it sometimes and be like, ‘Whose body is that?'’" she added.
