The first-ever high five started accidentally in 1977 during a baseball game! Los Angeles Dodgers Dusty Baker hit the home run, so he celebrated with his teammate Glenn Burke with a raised hand over their heads. The Guinness World Record for the most high-fives shared in one minute by a man is 299. This world record was created by Dana Perkins in 2017. 



 

According to psychological studies, physical touch connects people more than anything else, So, the high five develops bonding among people, in teammates, and friends. It creates a winning effect on everyone!

High-Five Relay:
