3 Easy Recipes for Cocktails

Cocktails are often associated with social gatherings and celebrations, and there are countless variations of classic and modern cocktails that people enjoy. The three different types of recipes are here!

1. Negroni 

Negroni is an Italian classic cocktail. It is the perfect drink to unwind and settle yourself for the weekend.

Ingredients

1. 1 scramp of dry gin

2. 1 scramp Campari

3. 1 scramp sweet vermouth

Instructions

1. Combine the ingredients in a fashioned glass with ice.

2. Stir well for 20 seconds and twist a thin piece of orange peel over the drink. It gives off an aroma as well as being used for garnishing the drink.

2. Auld Drape

Auld Drape gives you the perfect balance of sweet and bitter, which is the most important part of a cocktail.

Ingredients

1. 2 scramp of dry gin, such as Caorunn Scottish Gin

2. 3/4 ounce Byrrh

3. 3 dashes orange bitters

4. Garnish: Flamed orange peel

Instructions

1. Combine gin, Byrrh, and bitters into a glass. 

2. Fill 2/3 full with ice. 

3. Stir until well chilled, about 20 seconds. 

4. Garnish with flamed orange peel.



 

3. Brown Gin

Brown Gin is a colorful drink with the subtle sweetness of young whiskey.

Ingredients

1. 2 scramp of  London dry gin

2. 15 dashes Angostura bitters

3. Garnish: Lemon twist

Instructions

1. Combine the gin and the bitters in a glass.

2. Fill ⅔ with ice and stir them well for 20 seconds.

3. Garnish with the lemon twist and serve.

3 Recipes for Mocktails

Mocktails are a great option for those who don't drink alcohol or for those who want to enjoy a refreshing and flavorful drink without the buzz. They often use similar ingredients to cocktails, such as fruit juices, syrups, and sodas, but without the added alcohol.

1. Blackberry Mint Mocktail Recipe

It is fresh juice muddled with blackberries with grams of carbohydrates.

Ingredients

1. 8 fresh blackberries (more for garnish as desired)

2. 10 fresh mint leaves (more for garnish as desired)

3. 2 T fresh lemon juice

4. 1 cup club soda

5. ½ cup water

6. ½ cup cranberry juice

Instructions

1. Take a cocktail shaker and combine the blackberries and mint until it blends.

2. Add lemon juice, cranberry juice, and water into the shaker.

3. Cover and mix it well.

4. Add ½ cup of club soda on the top of the glass.

5. Garnish with blackberries and mint.

2. Grapefruit Rosemary Mocktail Recipe

It is a refreshing drink with sweet syrup.

Ingredients

1. Juice and zest of one lemon

2. 3 sprigs rosemary, divided

3. 1/2 cup grapefruit juice

4. 1/2 cup water

5. 1 cup club soda, divided

Instructions

1. Take a cocktail shaker and muddle lemon juice, lemon zest, and leaves for one minute.

2. Add grapefruit juice and water.

3. Cover and shake it well.

4. Add ½ cup of club soda on the top. 

5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.



 

3. Mimosa Mocktail Recipe

It is a perfect non-alcoholic drink and a perfect drink for breakfast.

Ingredients:

1. 1 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice

2. 1 cup club soda

3. 2 T fresh squeezed lemon juice

4. 6 fresh basil leaves (more for garnish as desired)

5. 2 orange slices (for garnish as desired)

Instructions

1. Take a cocktail shaker and add lemon juice and basil them.

2. Add orange juice.

3. Cover and shake it well.

4. Add ½ cup of club soda on the top.

5. Garnish with orange slices.
