'Nancy Drew' won't air today; when will The CW mystery drama return with Episode 8 'The Path of Shadows'?

The CW's 'Nancy Drew' Season 1 Episode 8 'The Path of Shadows' won't be airing today — it is the day before Thanksgiving. The network decided that it is not exactly the best time for an audience that is busy with the holiday season. And they did not want to lose out on a majority of their viewership.
This comes at a crucial point in the series where one of the main characters is presumably gravely harmed. In the last episode, 'The Tale of the Fallen Sea Queen', suspicions against Carson Drew (Scott Wolf) and his involvement in Lucy Sable murder — or cover-up, who knows, we're only theorising at this point — are on an all-time high. At the end of the episode, after making some very incriminating discoveries about her father and his connection with the Hudsons, Nancy asks him outright if he killed Lucy Sable. But obviously, it was a question to be answered in the next episode.
But Carson is not the only one of the suspect list — there is now a new entry. In the previous episode, Ace (Alex Saxon) begins growing suspicious of Tiffany Hudson's sister Laura Tandy (Stevie Lynn Jones). The main reason being that if Tiffany's death is proved a murder and not of causes, the money from her estate won't go to the Hudsons, but will go to Laura. Upon digging more, he also found out that both of them were suing each other over money. Is this why Laura is keen on proving the death a murder?
But before Ace could get more information, he meets with an accident; Laura Tandy also happens to be with him in the car.
In 'The Path of Shadows', Nancy and the Drew Crew discover that this car wreck was no accident. When investigating the wreck, the crew finds out about the physical evidence of sabotage to the car and — according to the official synopsis of the episode — "take a supernatural detour into the metaphysical world".
But there is no reason to lament — there is at least one more episode coming up till the end of the year.
