‘Ex on the Beach’: Fans slam ‘jealous’ Marie Roda after she lashed out at Kaplan twins

Instead of taking out all her frustration at Devin, who is the cause of her dissatisfaction and unhappiness, Marie takes it out on the Kaplan sisters because they have what she desires

The Kaplan twins- Allie and Lexi bore the brunt of Marie Roda’s wrath on MTV’s reality dating show ‘Ex on the Beach’. Lexi Kaplan has been cozying up to fellow single- Billy Reilich. Things seem to be going well between Lexi and Billy and this has triggered Marie, who has hit a rough patch in her attempt to rekindle her relationship with her ex Devin Walker. Things got out of hand when Devin rated her “a 6 on a scale of friendzone to girlfriend”!

Marie has been seething with anger ever since. Although her other ex Anthony B got on the show to work things out with her, she seems least interested and has her entire focus and energy invested on Devin. So, when Lexi gets the love, and respect from Billy, Marie lashes out at Lexi and her twin Allie in a fit of jealousy she always wanted from the same from Devin. She even reveals in her confessional that she is jealous of the twins.

This little outburst of Marie which involved Marie yelling her lungs out at the twins and labeling them “corny”, has us all concerned about Marie’s anger management skills. Instead of taking out all her frustration at Devin, who is the cause of her dissatisfaction and unhappiness, she takes it out on the Kaplan sisters because they have what she desires.

Marie, who is a fan favorite contestant, drew a lot of flak for her bullying behavior towards the twins, who have been nothing but friendly and kind towards everybody on the show. Fans expected a much more sensible behavior from her.

A fan disappointed with Marie’s behavior wrote, “That was a true smh moment. 😔 #Uncalled for, love. Uncalled for. You’re better than that, sis. Take your frustrations out on who truly deserves it. DEVINNN”. Another fan echoed similar feelings with, “Marie! Girl, explain yourself! I thought you were the queen of the house but you acted like a petty bitch this week. The twins didn’t do anything to you. If you are jealous of them, say, “bitch, I’m jealous of you. You’re getting what I want.” I can understand that. #ExOnTheBeach”.

Several fans came forward in support of Allie and Lexi, for handling the situation calmly without having a dramatic showdown or altercations. A fan commented, “Honestly Lexi and Allie you both have honestly been kind and caring and friendly with everyone but its mostly caused by jealousy especially when feelings of love get involved it leads to jealousy and aggression but in the end, the best thing to do is walk away trust me”.

“Can’t wait to watch it! Twins, keep on being true to yourselves! Don’t have to sink to her level. So, your not as feisty as some people are in the house. I do hope you give her a bit of a challenge at some point tho. She’s a real hater. You can b nice & put someone in their place”, added another fan.
