Anastasia Baulina: Mom pours fuel into 8-year-old son's mouth, sets him afire for telling stepdad about her lover
A mother has been accused of burning her minor son to death after he allegedly told her husband about her lover. Anastasia Baulina allegedly poured petrol into the mouth of Andrey, who eventually lost his life in a hospital in Kursk, Russia. He had suffered from horrific burns on 45 percent of his body.
As per reports, the 31-year-old accused was “furious” after Andrey “betrayed” her by informing his stepfather, Pavel Baulin, about Anastasia’s alleged lover’s visit. The woman had a “quarrel” with the eight-year-old before she allegedly put petrol on him and set him ablaze. It has been said that the mother filled the mouth of the youngster with the fuel and told him, “Let’s see how it will burn.” The victim’s 12-year-old sister, Natasha, who reportedly witnessed the horror said, “(The fuel) was pouring into his mouth, as he was crying.”

The fire was put down and an ambulance was called for help by Anastasia and Pavel after the little girl fled the scene. Though Andrey was taken to the hospital for treatment, he did not survive due to the severity of the injuries. A probe into the case has been opened after the mother from the Zheleznogorsk district was arrested. Another investigation has been launched into the matter of why Andrey was living with Anastasia despite earlier being taken away from her and shifted to an orphanage. If found guilty, she can face up to 20 years behind bars. A neighbor said, “I saw her at the bus stop. She had a quarrel with her husband. It seems she took it out on her children.”
In a separate incident that happened last year, a babysitter murdered a six-month-old baby in a "devil-worshipping ritual." Viktoria Aimetdinova was forced psychiatric treatment in Russia for the horrific crime. The 23-year-old earlier confessed to the police that she strangled, stabbed, and then burned the child, identified as Bogdan Gafner, in a forest in an effort to “save the world from the apocalypse.” Besides, at the time of carrying out her heinous crime, the woman had glued a beard to her face to prevent the “devil from being attracted by her beauty before she finished the black magic ceremony.”
Days before the murder of the baby, Aimetdinova told a friend that she was about to become a "star." She also shared a disturbing social media post that read, “Antichrist is the one, and it's me. I see the devil in everyone. Mankind brings itself to hell. The countdown will start from the moment of the coming war.”
After the sentencing, the victim’s father, 50-year-old Igor, said: “She glued that hair on her chin and covered one of her eyes, like a pirate. After our son's massacre, the police investigator asked her why she did it. Viktoria said she heard some voices, and that she was afraid the devil would be attracted by her beauty, not letting her finish the ceremony." The distraught parents also demanded a more harsh sentence for Aimetdinova. The 31-year-old mother of the baby, Natalia, said, “She did not ask forgiveness. I did not see any repentance on her face. She only said she was upset that she failed to complete the ceremony.”
