Ana Walshe's husband Brian looked up how to ‘dispose of woman’s body’, Internet says 'so many shady Brians'
COHASSET, MASSACHUSETTS: The husband of missing Massachusetts realtor Ana Walshe allegedly searched online for “how to dispose of a 115-pound woman’s body". This online search was made in the days surrounding Ana's mysterious disappearance. Ana's husband Brian Walshe, 46, reportedly behaved strangely after she went missing.
Brian, who is a convicted fraudster, claimed that his wife took a car service to Boston’s Logan International Airport and went missing on January 1, 2023. Ana, who is originally from Serbia, is described as 5′ 2″ and weighing approximately 115lbs. She has an eastern-European accent.

Brian was seen on surveillance footage buying $450 worth of cleaning supplies at a home improvement store just a day after Ana was last seen. He was later arrested on a charge of misleading investigators working on the case and held on a $500,000 bond. A not-guilty plea was entered on his behalf soon after. Police reportedly found a broken knife and blood in the basement of the couple’s home, a prosecutor said, according to KKTV. However, it is unknown whose blood it was. On Monday, January 9, Assistant District Attorney Lynn Beland told the judge in court, "Crime services recovered and found blood in the basement area… There was also a knife that was found. On the knife, there was blood.”
Meanwhile, law enforcement sources also said Brian looked up how to dismember a body, according to CNN. This led investigators to suspect Ana may have been killed. Brian, who has three children aged between two and six with Ana, has not been accused of being involved in Ana's disappearance.
Social media discussed Brian's search history, with one user writing on Reddit, "IDK who Brian Walshe is, but that sh** is a rookie mistake. Always clear your browser history." "Doesn’t matter, providers track that sh** anyways," one user replied.
"Seriously how? Like by now why isn't the only search, "How do search the internet anonymously?" Then everything disappears in to a black hole of TOR or DuckDuckGo Private browsing window with a VPN running? And THEN they search idiotic ways to hide bodies that gets them caught/body found," one user said. While another wrote, "So many shady Brians. Brian Laundrie, Bryan Kohberger, now this Brian."
