The couple was season's sweethearts
Studer and Hurd are definitely a match made in 'Married At First Sight' heaven, seeing that the couple got along instantly. They had similar ideals, values and beliefs, and even similar opinions on children and families. It genuinely seemed like smooth sailing for the two. And for most of their relationship, it was. The only time the two hit a snag in their journey was when Studer said she loved Hurd much sooner than he did.
The fact that he didn't say it back didn't quite sit right with fans of the show. But that didn't stop the couple from working together to know each other better. Those special three words did come from Hurd eventually, on decision day no less, when he professed that he too was in love with his wife. It was easily one of the sweetest moments on the show.
Studer's job has her on the Covid-19 frontlines
The pandemic has had Studer busier than ever, seeing that she's a registered nurse and patient care manager at MedStar Washington Hospital in DC. Studer has had to deal with Covid-19 patients directly and has been working on the frontlines since the pandemic started. Hurd, who is a network manager, has been working from home while helping around regularly, seeing that his wife works long, difficult hours.
'Married at First Sight: Couples Cam' Season 2 premieres on Lifetime on February 4, Thursday, at 8/7c.
