Manish Dayal, 35, who plays Devon Pravesh on 'The Resident' recently played Faarooq on 'Holidate' starring Emma Roberts and Luke Bracey. You may also remember the talented 37-year-old actor from 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D' and '90210'. He is an Indian-American and is known to support the Democratic party publicly even admitting that he's voted President-elect Joe Biden. Many have grown to love Manish on 'The Resident' but some have forgotten that while they search for who he's dating, the actor has actually been married since 2015, to the gorgeous Snehal Patel. It's a bit hilarious considering the actor quite regularly posts his wife on his Instagram account.
Who is Snehal Patel?
Snehal is an Indian-Canadian, and according to Panda Gossip, had been dating Manish for "some time" before the couple married in 2015 in Toronto tying the knot in a traditional Indian wedding ceremony. Many often wonder why the duo don't share the same last name even though they are married. According to a report by Hollywood Mask Manish is said to honor his grandfather in a "unique way" and uses his grandfather's first name, Dayal as his stage surname for work. The couple also has two children, whose faces they've never revealed on social media, but on Mother's Day recently, Manish posted a sweet picture writing, "Power and strength. Thank you to these wise Mothers...always. To new mommas and OG mommas. Happy Mother’s Day!" They have posted pictures of their kids, but have blocked their faces out. In one of these pictures posted by Manish he writes, "This photo is what parents call ‘lightning in a bottle.’ If you know you know⚡️ Happy Holidays, Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, Happy Kwanzaa. To all those who do not celebrate, have an amazing season from the Dayals."
Besides the pictures posted by Manish on his Instagram, not much else is known of Snehal as of yet. The couple seems to be merrily in love and happy in their marriage and family life which many on Twitter and Instagram are fond of. Manish is set to be part of 'The Resident' Season 4 which premieres on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, at 8/7c on FOX.
